Have you heard of Adoor Gopalakrishnan ? He is an award winner director of Malaylam movies. He has won a) Dadasaheb Phalke Award b) National Film Awards c) International Film Critics Prize d) London Film Festival e) British Film Institute Award f) Padma Vibhushan

He's the best always as far as acting ability goes. But I am not so sure about his toupe. It looks really annoying in some of his movies. He should consult a hair stylist to wear a proper wig like Mammootty does.

Mallu Movies banned in India? Hmmm...i doubt if that will happen..my friend..Yeah compared to Bollywood Mally movies has to grow. And yeah, Mohanlal is one gem of an actor. The guy does have ability..otherwise he wont be acting in so many movies in different languages. Don wait to find what is wrong with everything. Also try to appreciate.

ur such a stupid and u dont know anything abt mallu film.. watch some mallu films that are remaking in hindi.. and most of these films are mohanlal acted film. he got more national awards than any Hindi actors..

The only reason of your reaction to this article is jealousy. Maybe you can't stand the fact that many of india's best films come from malayalam and that most of the awards go to Malayalam. Otherwise why can't you accept good actors and Good cinema Whichever region it comes from.

Obviously you dont know about Malayalam movies. I'm not from Kerala, but they make some of the best movies in the country.I agree, there are a lot of semi porn movies too. But that does not mean that the great work they do should be criticized. Watch some good malayalam movies first, and then talk.

All of us r Indians. As India is diverse, so is the film industry. Each has its own merits & demerits. Why do u people keep fighting as if u all r people form different countries. Am a keralite, but more than that am an INDIAN.
