i agrree that SRK dont have that charisma as imposing as that of bachan but he does possess a powerful aura of himself.i agree that he doesnt have a voice as commanding as that of bachan but he does have a palpable and comforting voices. bachans kbc was a tension filled atmosphere but srk brought humour and smiles in the show.his wiity and well timed jokes,interesting anecdotes makes the show much watchable.this is the fact that he is a better host than AB.everybody should acknowledge this. SRK difinitely rules in KBC3.

SRK is BAD and AB is GOOD...WOW!!! We all have to agree...otherwise this prejudiced community will kill us for not accepting that SRK is no good than monkey.
But still would like to add that SRK has the charisma and sophistication that amitabh lacked. SRK looked like a common man and still looks VERY SEXY AND HAS GREAT SEX APPEAL (Ask Girls). Though Amitabh is a legend, what's happening these days is just to make sure that no one crosses the Amitabh Mark and AMITABH be considered the borderline and no one can dare to go outside that... Thats where India Fails.

My mother who is 67yrs also likes him more than AB which shook me because she is from ABs generation. If you ask me about SRK, yes he is good but he should talk less and should act as SRK and not AB. His weak point is he simply talks just to talk. Some sensible talk should be done by him. Otherwisse he is good much better than AB. SRK rocks.

KBC - Kaun Banega Champu? Yes, you have heard it right. The show will be a spoof on the ongoing highly popular television game show Kaun Banega Crorepati hosted by Shah Rukh Khan.

Mumbai, February 3, 2007 FINALLY, THE eyeball verdict on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) is out and audiences have given Shah Rukh Khan the thumbs down.
Tam Media data for the first four days of KBC3, which opened on January 22, showed a television viewership rating (TVR) of 12.33. Amitabh Bachchan had a bigger opening on KBC2 on August 5, 2005, with a TVR of 19.75. It gets worse. After the initial curiosity about SRK%u2019s performance, many viewers seem to have tuned out. On January 23, KBC3 notched a TVR of 10.44 and 7.36 the next day. The show recovered to an extent on Janu ary 25, hitting 9.24. Compared to the diminishing numbers for SRK, the Big B%u2019s audience grew with each passing day. KBC1 opened with a TVR of 10.59 on July 3, 2000, rising to 10.79 on July 4, 13.64 on July 5 and 14.32 on July 6. It peaked on October 19, 2000, with a huge TVR of 26.55. Star has a defence. Paritosh Joshi, the network%u2019s president (ad sales and distribution), said the number of persons %u2018reached%u2019 on SRK%u2019s first day was 23 million compared to Bachchan%u2019s 18 million. %u2018Reach%u2019 is defined as all those who saw the show for at least a minute. TVR, on the other hand, incorporates the number of persons who tuned in for the duration. Does that mean less %u2018stickiness%u2019 for SRK? An audience study by Optimum Media Solutions supports the view that people were not sticking with SRK. Only 44 per cent of respondents watched all three episodes of KBC3, 25 per cent watched only the first episode and 30 per cent watched two episodes. SRK YOU ARE NOT FIT FOR KBC SO LEAVE.

One thing SRK is good at is how to boasts about himself and calls himself the KING. He has SELF-PROCLAIMED to be the King and at every opportunity calls himself the Best. How insecure can one get ??? And how arrogant and egoistic can one get ? I can understand if the public or his fans proclaims him, but he has artificially hyped himself up and self-proclaimed to be the king.

I TOLD EARLIER AND TELLING YOU NOW SRK HAS MADE KBC 3 VERY CHEAP SHOW. ALL THAT HYPE AND MONEY STILL DIDN'T HELP THE SHOW. KBC-3 NEEDS A GREAT HOST. ALL THE DRAMATIC COMEDY BY SRK AND MADE KBC-3 SHOW SO PATHETIC. GET A HOST WITH SOME DIGNITY AND PRESTIGE IN THE SHOW... A PRESENCE...CLASS

I totally disagree with you.nd not only i but lot more.I never liked Shahrukh khan but after watching KBC i never felt he doing sumthng cheap.I guess u have problem not with Shah rukh KBC host but with Shahrukh Himself.

SRK IS WASTE HOST. WORST HOST ON TV SRK NEVER CAN HAVE CLASS AND DIGNITY AFTER ALL THE MEDIA HYPE ..SRK STILL CAN'T HAVE A GOOD TRP RATING ..WHAT A WASTE SRK !!! WE REALLY FEEL PITY FOR YOU..A CROW TRYING TO BECOME AN ELEGANT SWAN HAHAAHAH!! BIG B WAS SUPERB,HIS HINDI IS MORE SPONTANEOUS THAN KHAN AND THE LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST THE VOICE AND EXPRESSION OF BIG B IS GREAT. SRK NEVER DELIVERED THAT HE IS ALL SHOW NO SUBSTANCE KBC PRODUCERS MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY CHOOSING SRK AS HOST-ALL THAT EXPENSIVE GIFTS, CHEAP TRICKS OF SRK NOT HELPING :):)
