The movie is a good one time watch...definitely better than its clone saalam-e-ishq... 1) It is a good entertainer... 1a) nice character development within the scope of the movie...the reviewer should understand that there are several types of movies and not all movies are about developing characters :) It is obvious that the director was trying to develop characters or focus on a central plot in this case...this movie is on the subject of relationships between couples (the way I saw it...) 2) the supernatural part was a nice surprise...the secrets are well woven... 3) the film was not meant to, neither did it try to establish the ethnicity of the characters

sorry, I meant "director was not trying to develop characters or focus on a central plot"...further I am sure the reviewer is better educated than me...but i would give it a 31/2 star :)
its not so bad as u make it.its very good in few scenes adn average in perts.but overall families watching this movie can come out satisfied.its definetely worth a watch.good time pass.give it a 3 star.
It's silly at parts, but its a fun-filled movie. You can actually laugh while watching it. The superhero couple were very bizarre though. Unconventional and bizarre. I liked the gay bit. It was funny. I liked Kay Kay and Raima's jodi as well as Shabana and Boman's. The ending could have been better.
The movie was good only in bits and pieces. Great opportunity missed. New directors need sto be more focussed and tight on the scripting.Only justice done to 2 stories Riama/KK and Boman/Sabhana. Other stories were just floating. Infact the movie had great scope for humor. I don't know it didn't impress me. The moment i was out of the cinema hall within mins i had forgotten about the movie and also I was not enthu about writing my views on rediff so the reason to be late.
Rediff, Send Elvis to review Hollywood movies. He should not be allowed to VIEW any Hindi or Indian movie for next 100 years, leave alone REVIEW. I went to watch HTPL only because of the review, because I was sure it will be good. Rediff will lose all credibility if you allow guys like Elvis to carry on with their stupidity.
I loved your film...if you ever read this review, read my message too :). It will def cheer you up! It drew laughs at all the right places, sighs too and def hand-slapping-forehead at the "perfect couple" angle. I loved this scene the most, where Amisha's on-screen hubby breaks down in the loo and says "Life will never be the same again." Best moment.
Its time we go watch a cinema going by the gut feeling. These days, its a reasonable probability that Farhan Akhtar branded movies are going to be good and Honeymoon Travels is no exception. I was in splits for most of the first part of the movie. The second half of the movies was average at worst. Its Fun and worth the money. The humour was very good and I like Boman Irani as usual. It warms my heart to notice that Bollywood is giving decent competition to Hollywood films for me these days...
