He had gone to the offer prayers in the morning and there they stole his kolapuri chappal.SO he had no other option than wear thisextra shoe he had got with him for another dress.
But thsi shoe makes him look like the room-service boy for the couple in picture.
No doubt Aaamir is a gud actor , no doubt that RDB is quite a good movie but when it comes to this I must say that Aaamir looks terribly bad in this pic .. especially his shoes ..

I think Aamir Khan is the one who looks elegant in the picture. The other two are the one's who look drunk. About him not attending Indian awards, he does attend national awards. I think it is the popular awards which he is not comfortable with. I can see why because they nominate movies like Dhoom 2, NO entry, Kank and some truly undeserving with great movies like RDB, DOR, and Lage Raho Munnabhai. The former movies are great at the box office, but come on, are they good movies worthy of awards? Hrithik roshan who is definitely a good dancer and action hero wins over people like Ajay Devgan, Aamir Khan and AB. How sad?
I like Rang de Basanti but I think foreign audiences would have loved Dor more. That is the movie that should have been sent.
But, I think Indian movies should not change their style because they are unique and should not cater to western audiences tastes. If Rang de Basanti did not get acclaim from Bafta it does not matter. Nomination is a huge thing. DO we nominate English movies at our awards.
My favourite movie this year was DOR . WHat a MOvie!!!!!! That movie should of won many awards. Omkara , I thought was boring. No offence, but a movie has to still be engaging to be good. .

You are right,Aamir is looking fine.And yes i liked Dor too.But RDB was a total package woth its ticket price many times over.It had great thought,entertainment value,terrific music[and no song was lip synched],tight script editing and direction--everything fine except for an unsatisfactory climax.And while RDB was chose as I ndia's official entry for Oscars[by a govt team], the Bafta committee chose this Film on their own as a finalist in the non-English category.As Aamir said to a cnn-ibn reporter'we are in good company'.My congrats to the RDB team for sharing honours with the likes of Pedro Almodvar's Volver,films like Apocalypto,Pan's Labyrinth and the like.
Aamir is just trying to get into the pic frame unwantedly...He actually looks out of place......
And with those big shoes on a sherwani he loooks like a sweeper.... In India he behaves as if he does nt like publicity and awards.....But this picture tells the truth... he is just trying to get publicity by posing with hollywoodies.....

I was also die-hard fan of amir once upon a time. But after he spoke against Narmada Dem, I simply hat him. You are absolutely right buddy. He is just looking ugly. He doesn't have dressing sense at all. JAI HIND

Simply because he spoke up for the Narmada oustees you hate him.Fine,that's your prerogative, a misguided stand in my humble opinion.But stop saying he looks ugly or demean him in every way possible.He is an achiever and a humble one at that ,not insecure and proclaiming himself the greatest,or allowing his friends to do so.His films have reached the top five field at Oscars[Lagaan-2002] and BAFTA[RDB-2007].We should be happy for him and take pride in his contribution to world and Indian cinema.

Whatever you say...no doubt he is a good actor but he is looking very stupid here. These shoes on sherwani and the hair style..that is awful. also it makes no difference in my life whether he is a good actor or not, but I dont like two things of him. 1. He sometime overacts in his reel and real life. 2. He associates himself with medha patkars and arundhati rais who are dedicated anti national. and at the last, I have a equal right to hate or love somebody as other have to hate or love me.

cant imagine how u cud call medha pathkar anti national. ok granted arundathi rao is a bit of a talk too much before she has earned her right but medha pathkar. why would anyone go against aamir khan too just beause he was against narmada dam? narmada dam was hurting some people and building the dam itself may not be wrong but the whole way when interests of some were given priority over others was the sole irritant part. o well thats a topic for another time...in the meantime, aamir is a great actor and he has his fans and detractors....in the end all these discussions are hardly going to affect him.
Good on you amir your looking very handsome in this picture, iam going to wear this dress for my wedding. Amir your the one in bollywood who can get an oscar. We proud of you.
