Indian Defence Ministry should deal internal terrorist
by IRESHRANJAN BHATTACHARJEE on Dec 04, 2008 10:12 AM

Army, navy and air force under the defence ministry are equipped with sophisticated arms ammunition and information system rather than state police (maintaining general law and order duty) or small unit of NSG (posted limited to hundred men at Delhi). They should immediately be entrusted with all statutory responsibility to safeguard citizens' life and property. The terrorists (even agent stationed at Indian soil) donot believe India's constitution and sovereignity. So Defence ministry should be the spokeperson rather than Home Ministry or Chief Minister's office.

Why so much of hue & cry after hearing Sanju's interim bail. If U're showing so much of concern 2wards country why n't U're protesting against all other issues. People are living without fear after taking part in Bombay 92'riots, Gujrat riots, Sikh riots, Nithari massacre killing thousands of Indians including children, and why U only seeing Mumabi blast. If U're showing so much of sympathy then stood up and stand against other hinious incidents.

And in Sanju's case neither he has threaten to any1 nor he killed anybody. As per Law, he is not convicted in Mumbai blast under TADA court. He is convicted under Arms act, if this is the hinious crime then go to Bihar, UP & other states U'll get from normal citizen to Poltical leaders all ve guns without any valid license. So, stop crying over Apex courts decision, do something which will be appricated by any Indian. Jai Hind

Shall courts pardon people who committed lesser crimes than the heinous crimes mentioned in your comments? I can understand that your comments came out of blind love with Bollywood and its actors. Everyone is same in front of Justice. Let courts decide what is crime and not, not media. Since Dutt is arrested, media is crying over 100 crore business loss to bollywood rather than heeding attention to the judgment passed by the court.
This is one of the finest example of India's moral standards which came down to a level of cheaters, thieves and mafia.

First and foremost, Plz understand that Sanju didnt get pardon by Court. He is being sentenced for 6 yrs. And he got an interim bail for a week or so. Once Apex court received the documents, again he has to surrender. So, where is the issue of pardon came from.

Regarding on media, it's their fundamental rights to show whatever is interesting to the public. If you didnt like their attention, it's ur problem. Coz, whetever they will show, few of us won't like, but proportionate will varry from one program to another. And in this case, most of people are showing their interest on this development.
Sanju has already accepted the crime, and he has already spent 16 months,& now 21days. And, TADA court has not convicted him under TADA Act. So, don't show your frustration. You should know what his father has done for the country and what he is doing at present. If not come and ask few areas in Mumbai where he is donating lakhs every month for orphans, and Prostitutes for their better life.

And he is not associated with Mumbai Blast, which has Court also accepted. So, don't tell me that what abt those victims who are suffering in Mumbai blast.

Neither I am showing love to him or any Bollywood actors. It's my view towards for a noble family, and we are happy that he is following his father's foot step after his sadden death.

let the judiciary be.
by prashant bhadada on Aug 21, 2007 05:30 PM

Dear friends, nobody should be accused. think in spirtual way if you can. as human power is every where whether as criminal or judge. who is suffering by whom is not our lookout. let the destiny play its game. we all are "katputli". we may not be the right person or power who is wrong n right. its Fate which plays, see if u r hurt it can be becoz of u only & sometimes by natural cause then that moment u will shout n ask "y god, y u have done this to me." come out of all dilemmas. let the time play its game.

Well Said. Bollywood never repented of being close to terrorists and underworld mafia. Most dirtiest field in India is Bollywood.

Welcome Back Sanjay.......God Help India
by Abhijit Dongre! on Aug 21, 2007 03:29 PM

Dear Sanjay, welcome in the open air! May you breath thousand more years.....let your friends kill innocent civilians....let them kill children, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers...but you are open to take fresh air!! Drive in an AC car irrespetive of the conditions the victims' families are living for the past 15 years!! Their agonies are less as compared to yours...after all you have been in jail for about 6 months in total, but they are living in hell for the last 15 years. You have every right to feel that you have been victimised, and why souldn't you feel so...after all you are Munnabhai who knows the pain...but this time it's not the pain of your patients but it is a pain of yourself!! May god give you so much money so that you and your friends can buy an atom bomb...last time around it was only AK-47 and couple of hundred lives...this time your target has to be several thousand lives!!
