Even the supreme court justice did not want to deal with this case. Imagine after having a 13 year investigation by the TADA court judge, this supreme court justice could not wait for 2 weeks to get papers from the TADA court. Granting bail that too on a criminal charge of which the criminal was convicted of is unheard of in any country. Only in India can it happen if you are rich and have a party in power that is beholden to you politically. Atleast this supreme court justice should be fired for incompetence.
it is very unfortunate.what happens to those several hundreds killed in the bomb explosion. fans are also equally anti socials as they can not think about victims.the bolly wood persons also are dirty, they can not think about society at large when it comes to spare their money.

What ur saying is very correct, but if he should not get bail also, then what punishment should balthakrey get, you say should he be hanged.as it is proven long back that he is the main person in spoiling country's unity.
Sanjay Dutt Will be released from jail as congress sonial gandhi / kapil sibal and other knows the weed out escape from sentence ...but 100's of innocent lives lost in bombay blast who cares for them ...if yet all there is god on earth ? it's only almighty who can punish culprits ...have lost faith in Banana/s Republc of India Judiciary System .....

very bad situation that the country has to face in this case.
it is playing with judgement by sibbals at the behest of illeterate non national. this is repeatation of act done by ambhi, jaichand, chandrarao more, jaisingh in the recent history.the acts of mansingh who offered his sister to akbar and fought against maharana pratap. common man has to rise and become pratap and shivaji himself. quatrocci is freed by the govt of our country, our prime minister weeps for the alquida suspects mother's tears (not even remembering the non muslim victims of several attacks by the muslim fundamentalists) how to respect the prime minister who has to be equally emotional to all peaple. such a prime minister is likely to free the afzal guru demoralising the supreme court.

Although reading the message was marred by a lot of unwanted symbols - a great one nonetheless.
Nice writing style. Nice choice of names - reminds one of Asterix comix.

A recent study done by consulting firms McKinky Associates and Earnest & Dung shows that India is the fastest-growing banana republic in the world. %u201CIt%u2019s not just the economy and the stock markets but also murders, rape, corruption, AIDS and farmer suicides that are on the rise. India is a true democracy, where we treat both good and evil equally%u201D, says a beaming Mr Lindseylohan Singh, sporting his trademark blue turban. Follywood actor, Sanjay Nut, added, %u201CBole toh, I don%u2019t need a study to tell me all this. If I was in the US, they would straight away locked me up in prison cell at Guantanamo Bay, but luckily I live in a banana republic, where I can be convicted of carrying an illegal assault rifle and tried under a terrorist act and still go on signing films. We don%u2019t waste our time smoking out terrorists from caves just for bombing our cities. Tension nahin leneka, live and let live is our policy. I am proud to be Indian, mamu.%u201D Manu Karma was delighted that India is racing ahead of Colombia, Afghanistan Uzbekistan and other places where one can blow the heads of women just for the heck of it. %u201CMy father, a mere MP, can get me off the hook for shooting a bartender girl in public while the mighty US President George Bush%u2019s daughters got arrested and had to do community service for underage drinking. I ask you, is there any injustice left in America? There was a ray of hope for the US with O J Simpson getting off the hook, but with Michael Jackson being forced to leave the c
