Dhoom 2 van definitely be one of the biggest hit of 2006. The movie looks great, the promos are looking stylish and it has a mega star cast...but I dont know if it will be the biggest hit of 2006...I hope so..but its gonna be big!!!
you should check your figures about collecction as if you consider india then lrm is frist followed by krrish but if you include whole world it is kank,lrm,krrish,don,faana and then lrm. figures are like this 90.90,89.89,84.3,82,81,77 crores respectively.
Getting ASH, HRITHIK, abhishek, bips and uday in one film is a sure way to get a good opening. But i guess to eb a blockbuster the content and screenplay need to be good. Many a great casting end in ruin because of bad screenplay. The look of the film is great. All the stars are in the ebst shape and lloking HOT HOT HOT! But if the content is slow im sure it will end up a dud! Hope it does well for ASH baby's sake. She has worked really hard on the film and looks a million zillion bucks !

Even in the technology world, people queue up before multiplexes to book tickets in advance for useless movies. Indian people will never stop worshipping celluloid heroes. They simply waste their time and energy by seeing rubbish movies and instead the effort can be put to some other productive work. The dream of our President Dr Abdul Kalam that India should become a super power by 2020 will never materialise till such unproductive works are done.

when i reached at pvr saket there wasa huge line , i can't beleiveit , everyonewants to watch itsfirst show beacause of hrithik as he is looking soooooooo hot .

Lage Raho Munnabhai is the biggest hit of the year and not Krissh.I don't where you get figures like 150 crore gross for Krissh. Total net gross i.e after Entertainment Tax which is levied by the government is 64.86 crore for Krissh and almost 70 crore for LRM.
Even Overseas Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna & not Krissh is the biggest hit. I don't where your reporters get such absurd numbers like 150 crores and mislead the public.
