Truthfully, Amey should have definately deserved to be the next Indian Idol because he not only sings wonderfully, but also is a great human being on the inside. If he can be a nice person and sing well, it's just a double, which is very good. Such artists are needed in the industry. This was throughly proven when Anu Malik had said he would have Amey work with him in the future.
Amey is an enthusiastic young man having a bright future to achieve his goals in the field of Music.His interwiew revealed his philosophical approach to life. ALWAYS DISAPPOINTMENT IN ONE ASPECT WILL BE A STEPPING STONE TO FUTURE SUCCESS.This Indian Idol episode should not come in his way to practice Music and he should bring laurels to his Guru and happiness to MOTHER AND OTHER CLOSE WELL WISHERS. 1. if the judges are so upset, why dont they just quit the show, or not come back for the next season? Then i might have some respect for them. Leaving the show temporarily says nothing, its only drama for TV ratings!!
2. The judges, especially Anu Malik, keeps complaining about the public\\\'s decision. He must realize that the only reason he is there is due to the public. If it were not for the public\\\'s \\\"bad decisions\\\" he would never become a famous personality and nobody would be listening to his bad poems and comments
3. Everyone knows its not meant to be purely a singing and dancing competition, otherwise the show itself would not care about make-overs, personality etc. Then how can they complain if a person if removed if he ONLY sung the best. Maybe he lacked other subtle qualities
PS: i am not for or against Amey. I dont have a favorite and couldnt care less about who wins, so my opinion, i think is impartial
v can say its a game badly organised or planned.They shud have dec'd wethr they wanted the 'moolah' through sms/calls or a propr game with a gud decition makn proces.Sony messed-up 1's b4 in Fame Gurukul, im not surprsd if they have done it again.the judges instead of stageing a walkout shud have questnd the selection proces & their part in it.i feel sorry 4 those contestants to whom all those dreams whr shown & then taken away.Anyway,when the going gets tough..the tough gets going.so best of luk to the rest.
Well I dun think Amey has nethin to regret bout... Maybe something bigger and better is staged for you and we all really think your a talented guy... Mebe luck didnt favour you at the contest... but im sure your kind of talent will take you to places... and im sure you have a bright future mate...ROCK ON!!
Hi Amey, It was disappointing to see you going.You are our Indian Idol.I know you had done your best in all Galas, but its our fault,our votes were short.

Dear Amey, It was really really sad to see a great singer like you to be voted out..I had been continously voting for you n it came as a sudden shock when u had to move out..But may be,,u had to leave coz u have something better than this awaiting for u... And we are all proud of the decision u took....that shows that u have faith in ur talent n thats what is going to take u up.... It has been rightly said--"Success begins with a fellow's will: its all in the state of mind."
i feel u have voted out not because u are an ineligible singer but due to participation of some voters they had used their voting rights incorrectly. Still U are a great singer and human being, hope U can reach where even abhijit/indian idol-ii could not dream.
Amey Date should have been in the top 2 singers on Indian Idol. Anyway, this is not the end of the road for a talented singer like him. Wish him all the best for his future.
