last week's result was unfair. everyone knows amey was the best singer. amey is for sure better than anuj and sandeep. but dont worry amey true talent cannot be hidden for long..n i'll wait for your own album. it will come out soon....best of luck
i was extremely upset when amey was voted out. Of all the singers he and neha i felt were the best. The first shock i got when neha was out, but i still thought that amey would be the indian idol On tuesday when he was voted out i swore i would never watch the prgramme, as it makes a mockery of talent.Amey and karunya are the best, but amey is was and will be my indian idol. I pray that he gets the success he deserves just as he wants to become like sonu nigam may he be much better than him. God bless him and give him courage to fight all odds and be the best in the world.
Is there democracy left in this country? Or is everything going to be decided by emotions and jingoism? The first blame should be put on Sony who announce all the time during the show "jitne chahe SMS bhejo". Of course, with Sony getting huge cut from the Rs 6/- per sms, why should it not say so.
Then come the judges -- who are just sore because their favourite contestents are not winning. This is nothing but losers attitude. Did you not know the rules before the game show started? Who gave you the right to change the rules of the game just when the game is about to end and you realize that you cannot win !!! come on guys, grow up.
The scene enacted by judges and people present was highly unfair..When voting decides than why so much fuss.Lots of other gud contestants have left now and in Idol-1, at that time where were judges sentiments???
The 3 or 4 or any more number of the "Judges", as also all the aspiring "Indian Idols" must never forget that:- 1. They ALL are phoney and non-genuine. The judges are phoney and sham because none of them know Indian classical music to any reasonable depth. A well-rehearsed, 8-matras taan, can only fool themselves! They do not know our music themselves, how can they pose as judges? They better hear some great masters like Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan Saheb, Ustad Ghulam Ali (Gazals), Ust. Salamat Ali/Nazakat Ali, Ustad Amir Khan Saheb, and show us one thousandth part of the "upaj" and "viddya ki zoorth foorth", before daring to call themselves as Judges. 2. The contestants are also phoneys, having done no real hard work, having had no real Ustad or Guru, doing only copying of the CDs or recorded songs. Also, why should singers also dance, and perform on stage? The whole Indian Idol thing is harming our rich musical heritage, with such bogus, phoney, sham, money-minded overambitious crooks having adulterated and disroted our younger generation. The judges and the contestants do not even look like singer artists. Let all sober, saner, informed Indians throw this dirt out!!

Dear Sir,
I agree with you that 2 of the judges (Anu + Farha) have no real talent.
However regarding the contestants, all I can say is that this an open for all format. Hence if there are more talented contestants , then its up to them to come forth. If they choose to remain hidden in the shadows, then its their choice. If you think you are more talented, then please step forward, don't laze around in your bedroom and critisise.
Also in case you did not notice this is a platform for pop stars and not classical stars. YOu may like indian pop or hate it - thats your choice. Unfortunately for you we do not live in a Taliban like society, where youth oriented fashion & life style can be banned at the drop of a hat by old fashioned men like you.
At the end of the day, lots of Indians are like crabs, if they see someone doing well , they will drag him down. Sir, I hope you are not like a jealous & mean crab. Thats all I have to say for now. Awaiting your reply.
