I believe a movie is either inspirational, a social statement, entertainment or a combination of these. Unfortunately for me this movie laks either. I live in Atlanta US and I can assure you that this is not a common feature in either US or India or anywhere else.
About SRK I believe he is a director's actor. He can be as brillient as any or as pathetic as any depending on director.
Further I feel KJ tried moving this movie without a perfect conviction as he had been in his earlier movies. Agreed he has to live his reputation, but still directors as Mani Ratnam etc has prooved their worth in diversities. It is not that Mani has not made bad movies but his movies never like conviction. Movies is not just another business to make profit but it has an artistic aspect as well which is totally lacking.

1 or 2 examples doesnt impure the society, but definately after watching this film women desire will turn into solid decision which is not good , as u know these banners have the impact on our society as people always praises yash , dharma or mukta production and alwys try to implement that .so u have to know before making the film , r u just a filmmaker or society trend setter , then u have to give some good examples ...like ashutosh gowarikar bec of which people r thinking to back to coumntry .
Kank ia good film as it describes about the existing principles of pre marital affairs.There is no doubt that it violataes our Indian values,but,truth is truth that it is a good film.
I cant believe you gave this movie such a good review. Except Abhishek there is nothing worth watching in this movie. Rani and shahrukh are crying throughout the movie for no reason. The ending is a torture. The songs are out of place. Go for the movie if you are a die hard Abhishek fan or you wanna check out the latest trands for women.
Now it is sure that the career of Kranan Johar will be going to the end...
We will be happy if he makes next 2-3 movies also like KANK then definately he will be out of market and not a single distributer will take right for movie.
Realy, he has not given good movie in the past also, I don't know why the people appreciate their work, how his movie become the hit ???
It will be appreciable if other person also criticise the movie ...
SRK should also now acting after seeing the performance in this film, he can only be seen and accepable the honurable Yash Chopra's film...
Could not understand what was the reason behind SRK and Rani leaving their lovable spouses. Karan Johar thinks that the viewers are fool and he can fool around with them giving this bull-shit story.
