a good samaritan act!
by amruta on Jan 06, 2005 11:42 PM

i really respect you Mr. vivek!
i mean, when i had read years back that you saved an accident victim, by smashing your fist on his car glass, i had thought, yes, this guy is real good, but it can be for publicity, too!
but this act of yours has truely enhanced your persona, not just in my eyes, but in the eyes of the entire nation.
we ,the new generation are really fortunate to have amongst us not just a reel life superhero, but a real life super hero too!

Suggestion
by Gaurav Issar on Jan 06, 2005 10:32 PM

Hi,
It was indeed a touching gesture on Vivek Oberoi's part to adopt and look after a village.Just one suggestion that the government choppers, instead of throwing releif packets at the people, can throw them in a marked area or a compound, and the food can be collected by those on the ground below and distributed among the villagers.Best Of Luck!

Mr. Oberoi,

Let me admit...i am not a movie buff and have never seen any of your movies so far.I have seen you in person though..in nashik Taj and didn't really think it worthwhile to walk up to you and talk. However i am truly impressed with your philanthropic efforts and would definitely like to watch one of your movies.

Great work.May god bless you.

Good Job Vivek... Keep it Up.
by Pooja on Jan 06, 2005 04:02 PM

I was very much disappointed when Vivek was nominated
a Zero No.1 for the year 2004 in one of the channels.
By being thoughtful and making the effort to do something for those who are suffering ,I guess his critics can keep quiet and ofcourse the janta will gladly accept him as the Hero No. 1 in real life.
Good Job Vivek .. Keep it Up.

By contributing his efforts Vivek has given a good answer to all those who nominated him as Zero No. 1 for the year 2004. In Real life , Vivek is truly a Hero no. 1 for all those who received help from him. Congrats for ur efforts Vivek.
We need more people like u.

Its often said that God send few human in Disguise instead of Him and Vivek you are one among them.
Your action is Highly appreciated.Instead of donating some amount you have directly felt the pain and misery and have lend a helping hand to the needful May god Bless you
