we do not require such films if its going to be sensitive. i also agree to this since most of the masses who watch movies are not matured enough to differentiate the happenings on the reel with real life and tend to take things as it is shown. in such cases its the film makers responsibility to ensure that the subjects are chosen with great care. censors are available but then how many of the filmakers are accepting to the certification given by them. definitely they have their grievances.

Respected Kamalj,

May be you are an expert in the cinema field,as you said you are not an expert in the socialfield. However it is not the question of cinema or politics but the question of innocent lives, if communal classes flare up,please change the title of movie.please don't go
for prestige.
Thank you

kamal will go ahead with shooting of the film. Why not?? because he has got a prized catch "abhirami" for the heroines role and so thats why he wants to complete the film.

kamal glorifies violence in each of his films-indian,kuruthipunal,hey ram!!!

somebody should tell kamal to take rest now.we have had enough of him

Though kamal comes up with great movies, it is next to impossible to avoid misuse of extracts of the movies/songs from the movie. Anti-social elements only look for such things and such films could make it easier for them, as tamil cinema has a huge mass following it. And there are not many intelligent people in India who can differentiate or distinguish between good or bad. Hence Kamal should definitely reconsider his storylines and titles atleast in future, as it might be impossible for him to implement anything new for this movie.

And I thought the same regarding the lyric in thevar magan, it was "potri padadi pennae" and not "pottu paradi pennae". Rediff has made gross mistakes recently, on tamil cinema in particular, and I hope they are more careful about their articles.
