You mean Govt cannot act on fighting corruption. Perhaps those are crying who had bundles of black money. I had to stand in long ques but I supported the move
RBI's replies on Pages 1 & 2 do not reveal that the new notes were ready by Sep 16; even otherwise Dr Rajan retired on 04 th September. Secondly when Mr Jaitley said (in Nov 16) that the notes were already printed , did he say that they were printed prior to September 03? If I remember correctly, PM Mosi had only said that the process of printing had begun in May 16 or so, did he mean that the actual printing ? The RBI has sent it for approval in May 16, and approval of the design, and other jobs relating to print needs to be initiated. In short, the contents of the article suggest something relating to Politics and nothing else.
A country like the size of India can not run with few bits of information he got. Demonetization was a good effort to stop black money, duplicate currency, Money handled by terrorists and accumulation of currency in house hold. Criticism will be there and should be there but may not be this kind. The person may have an illusion with word Modi, we don't have to take him seriously.
All praise to Modi for such bold decision, but it is incomplete, he would have changed total currency after removing one decimal. India has changed from Aana, paisa to decimal system earlier, may be in phased manner.
