Delhi riots were conducted by Congress leaders of Delhi as they feared loss of power because of Mrs. Indira Gandhi's death. If you were an avid reader of newspapers of that time, then you will recollect names of H.K.L.Bhagat, Jagdish Tytler, Sajjan Kumar and Lalit Maken were in the forefront of the Delhi riots.
