1. Why was the public sector HAL replaced with the private sector Reliance Defence ltd in the Rafale deal ?
2. Why should HAL, which has decades of experience and the expertise in and elaborate infrastructure for fighter aircraft manufacture and maintenance be replaced by a newly formed private company that has none of the above ?
3. Why should HAL, that has been reporting profits for several consecutive years (to the tune of 19 % GPM in 2016-17) be replaced by a newly formed private company to handle aircraft maintenance ?
4. Why should HAL, whose profits accrue entirely to the govt of India, be replaced by a private sector croxny capitalist (Anil Ambani) who has a Rs. 1.25 lakh crore outstanding loan repayable to several public sector banks and which has been declared an NPA by those banks ?
5. Why should HAL, that was in the centre of the initial deal with Dassault, a deal that got bogged down only because the then govt was trying to push for even better terms than Rs. 84000 crores for 126 Rafales and TOT to HAL to manufacture 108 of them in India, be pushed out of it to accommodate Reliance Defence Ltd without TOT and just 36 Rafales for Rs. 58000 crores with the mere addition of 2 missiles ?

Mr. Piri ! Just for a change you have asked very pertinent questions. But considering the character of Mr. Modi, I can assure you, the real truth will come out in his next tenure as PM. The person who has never gone out to help his old mother will not repeat never allow any HERA PHERI. There must be some very positive reasons, and you will get the answers of all your genuine doubts after the the Rafales are received and commitments are over.

That the BJP, led by Modi, spent Rs. 12000 crores plus campaigning in the 2014 LS election (as per survey by the Centre for Media studies, New Delhi) and declared just Rs. 780 crores as election expenses to the Election Commission ???
This is perhaps one of the biggest positive reasons that drives Narendra Modi to continue to help big time looters of public wealth ??
(Of course, the Congress, the erstwhile leaders in black money funded election campaigns, was not very far behind - it spent Rs. 7400 crores and declared Rs. 550 crores to the EC)
And, with Modi and the BJP going hammer and tongs in election after election after election and even in municipal election after municipal election, they will of course have very big positive reasons to help big time thieves such as the Adanis and Ambanis and Nirav Modis and others loot more and more public wealth !!

price of the Rafale fighter (finalized by her govt), baulked and slinked out of sight for the next two weeks when journalists kept trying to reach her !
And finally, Nirmala Sitharaman stood up in parliament and bleated out that the price cannot be revealed because of a mysterious IGA (Inter govt agreement) with France that no one in her govt had thought about till then !!
If the IGA was really an impediment in revealing the price, why did the Modi govt declare the new price as Rs 58000 crores without TOT for 36 Rafales in Sep 2016 soon after Modis visit to France ?
Why did Nirmala Sitharaman promise in the press conference to come back with the complete price details after she claimed that the new price is ^lower^ than the price that was negotiated by the UPA in 2013 ?
So much to ask about in the new Rafale deal of Narendra Modi !

After urgent steps initiated by outgoing Vajpayee Govt in 2004; the RBI came up with NPA Policy with Master circular in June 2004 . Why it was put in cold storage and not implemented properly ?? If that Circular was implemented, no NPAs would have gone undetected or unreported till date due to restructuring or rollover of loans. That circular was buried as vested interests in Congress Govt and Stock market manipulators clamoured that it would show all PSU banks in jeopardy and bring down the stock market !!! We are paying the price for this unpardonable sin ; today !!!
