Banks are the non performing assets
by R ponnabalam on May 30, 2018 09:11 PM

"I see fear of accountability in bankers."Bankers had not been held accountable so far .So for them to have no fear of accountability they should have no accountability at all.GREAT BANKING,Remember once upon a time a retired RBI Governor had said," Banks are the Non performing Assets".It had come in news papers.R.PONNAMBALAM

why the politicians even general public
by brian crasto on May 29, 2018 12:41 PM

Today most of the nationalised banks are in a mess. NPAs have ballooned to 7 lacs. idbi, bob, pnb, corporation bank posting losses over 3k crores every year. When a ordinary client goes to the bank for loans scores of documents are asked for, but for corporates their is no scrutiny. Can anyone trust the bankers

Non performing banks
by Umacharan Panigrahi on Feb 21, 2018 06:18 PM

LoL, which Banker is taking a RISK?

Maximum they do is to harass/penalize honest users with their dis service, generate huge NPAs by catering to political bosses, encourage corruption and get rewarded for their negligence with pumping of more money for cover up.
If Bankers were made answerable for their in professional conduct, failing to generate profit for the Nation they will not be in such bad straits.
Whoever heard of bankers making good the losses.
What risk are you talking of?

We have the IAS.What that Service has does.?We all accept that the Govt. administration is the worst ,Does this Service respond. In companies at least people would say things like "During this MD 's time these things became better."But with IAS at helm all Govt. offices are working bad always .Why the Govt. is not holding itself responsible for the administration in GOvt, offices. What role annual audit plays?Banks ! Even now after the PNB affair I saw a write up in this site blaming CVC,CAG etc for not allowing decision making.May be they want CVC ,CAG to guide them in decision making to siphon of more money .Does anybody talk about corruption ,Commission in banks.Does any bank manager find out a project to financeand how many bank managers have the wherewithal to analyse a project they Finance. The Govt. is a colossal misfit with this IAS at helm.R.Ponnambalam
