Just Pay Your Share of Taxes!!
by EESHANIKA DESHPANDE on Jul 01, 2017 11:30 PM  | Hide replies

Salaried people have to pay taxes.
Big companies have to pay taxes.
Now a large category of people who never showed their income will come into the tax bracket, thanks to GST. Like smaller businesses...Such as mine!!
The good days of fokat ka business are gone. Including for me!!
But I never had any problem for paying taxes. If everybody like me pays taxes, I will gladly do so! Initially in 2012, I paid and was made to look like a fool by my other colleagues!!
Hope with GST, they start paying too. Or is there a loophole still??

this will happen in coming days
by namakhalaalmulla on Jul 01, 2017 05:13 PM

The following things will happen after GST implementation in next 3 yrs.

1) Baniya's turn-over will come down drastically by 20 - 25% every year in next three years from now.
2) Middle class people income will increase.
3) Salary class people start leaving baniya's company and start joining MNC where salary package is better to sustain basic life.
4) Baniya's will start doing all sort of crime like other caste people will not become their competitor. for this they will do all for eliminating them
5) Rich baniya's revenue will come down.
6) Business will start transferring to other caste and no one will take any baniya as employee because they are big traitor and is written in their blood.
7) Brahmins will start growing.

This is a war of Baniya Vs rest.

business people know how to solve this problem. if the GST rate has gone up, they will accordingly raise their products basic price saying the production has gone up!

The first independence war was against the British Rule. Now we have to get independence from GST regime. Each small or larger assessees have to file 37 returns in an year instead of the present 13, which means that he has no time to do business or for rest, he has to look for tax compliance always. so also we have to get freedom from the aadhar compliance also, otherwise what is the meaning of independence.

Brother, this entire exercise is to get tax evaders into tax ambit. When you give more time to evaders to file returns, it is proned more to manipulations. Less time, less corruption. Understand the logic instead of jumping into conclusions!

GST tax rate is not an issue. But the additional costs in maintaining the GST regime is the real issue. While large businesses will have no impact, small businesses will have to bear this additional burden.Small businesses are already on doldrims and this additional cost may turn to be suicidal. Unfortunately no body is addressing their concerns.

And small businesses are being branded as thiefs who do not want to pay taxes. Even media is also not concerned.

It is correct. Small businessman like Grocery shops, Footwear shop, Cloth merchants are not paying tax even if they earn more than lakh. They need to register in GST and pay some tax. It is not duty of nly the big induatries or the slaried persons to provide tax. Govet benift is equally enjoyed y everybody. So, tax also needs to be paid by all who are applicable.
