If one want to curb and slow down progress and performance in private sector also, like it is in govt. sector he should introduce reservation in private sector also. Reservation is always given to those who are not competitive and incapable, having less elibility for the work to be performed.
When whole world talks about equality and equal opportunity india is is going backward with reservation. Reservation is not good country, do you agree to get treatment from a doctor who becomes doctor because of reservation or doctor who is good/best?
This is not good for our country when dream our country to become super power, everything should be talent driven.
Make people talented rather than making them orphan by giving reservation.
I know many talent people who are SC/ST or OBC and I am sure they don't need reservation. Also there might be many people from general category who are not talented and poor.
First of all reservation is totally wrong concept and makes people weak, so reservation should be removed to make people strong and build an attitude to do hard work and win rather than spoon feeding.
Also new generation don't think about this caste bullshit, I remember first time I had differences with my childhood friends when we all grownup together but people having reservation got admission in better college while even after getting better marks i was not getting admission in that college. Also two of my friends were much richer than me but taken benefit of reservation.
So removing reservation will help in building a good society where caste is not a factor and going ahead people will stop thinking about caste.
Please remove reservation entirely for strong and talented india to make our country super power.

One invests to gain & create wealth. To achieve this talents are drawn from all strata from all sections. Entrepreneurs are accountable to their investors unlike Govt & PSUs who are law to themselves. with this attitude investors will run away. This what you can expect from a former bureaucrat & presently detestable politician.Black sheep who pile up NPAs are every where which is a business risk ?

It's high time that all those who belong to so called general category should come in open and make them heard ..... It's high time that we are taken for a ride. Indian constitution needs to be amended to make all equal and not provide reservation to anyone on cast basis ..... It's surprising that you want reservation on the basis of cast and then you only shout about discrimination. what a pitty ....country has gone to dogs.
