The intent seems to pull public money in circulation to banks and restrict people from withdrawing money resulting in huge deposits in banks which is used to cut interest rates so that industrialist friends of Modi Govt. can get huge loans on low rates which is little benefit and more of trouble to lot of poor people and is difficult to appreciate.

How does demonetization done at a huge cost on Nation in terms of expenditure, loss of time, productivity, business and life which has little effect on black wealth(less than 6% is in currency) and no effect on corruption(and even the 6% of black money can't be recovered completely as there were corrupt ways to exchange that)will help needy and poor?
Our Great MOdiji's demonetization will give many benefits and by next year India will have much cleaner economy and politics. political donations down 84%. there will be cash free election. Corrupt, unethical and anti nation congress, aap, bsp, sp, CPI, JDU, JDS, TMC and others did not had courage and good intention to stop corruption. Evan though some corrupt people are there in BJP also, Modiji has taken demonetization for India and Indians better tomorrow. So please support, help needy and poor for few days.

First ask your Modi what good has he done for citizens of India till date, don't get into his false speeches for future, we are also hindu, don't unnecessarily involve religion. Remember these politicians don't have any religion, they are just power crazy.
These are not U-turns but adjustment according to situation with primary goal well in sight. This is the hall mark of intellegence and sensitivity. Very hard to understand this website's point of view !
