Exactly as expected,

komaaaaaali Modi is going to announce seemingly big give aways now for the commoners of Uttar Pradesh !

It is reported prominently that the komaaaaaali is going to announce sops aimed at the voters of UP such as a 2 % rebate for traders for switching to the digital mode of transactions.

And......yes..........the komaaaaali is also reported to be going to announce (most likely in his coming election rally at Lucknow)............believe it or not......an increase in investments for public healthcare and education !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vow !

That indeed would be a gigantic step back for the komaaaaaali, the most devoted servant of croxny capitalists in India now !

After all, the komaaaali had cut the already and always meagre budget outlay for public education by 20 % and for healthcare by 15 % in 2015 (and then proceeded to try and cover it up from commoners with a series of yojanas and other such schemes with very deceptive Sanskrit names but which set aside just a tiny fraction of the big cuts made in the budget) !!

But it would be too premature to say that the komaaaaali is indeed going to retract whatever *reformist* and *development oriented* budget cuts he has made in the education and healthcare sectors (the two most vital areas in the social sector).

After all, the komaaaaali can realistically attempt to try and fool UP commoners with an investment for the two sectors that amounts to just another tiny fraction of the big cuts he made in 2015.

So, the pattern for the *trick ommoners by taking away big allocations and giving back small ones in return albeit with fancy Sanskrit names* is now being established more firmly.

What next, Mr.Komaaaali ?

A special budgetary provision for sanitation in Uttar Pradesh on the lines of the *Swacch....whatever* which has an outlay that is less than that for the erstwhile *Total Sanitation campaign* of the previous government ??

Go on, komaaaaali.......go on cutting budget allocations for more and more arms of the social sector............and then announce schemes in the very same social sectors with Sanskrit names with a fraction of the money gained from those cuts !!

U Turns
by Manohar on Dec 21, 2016 10:21 PM

This is India, so these turns are Necessary. As we saw the defaulters / Cheats have acted so cunningly to hide their blackmoney in so many different ways that we could not imagine! So this is a economical step to clean India of black money as Swachh Bharat is going to eradicate the garbage; by which the nation's sincere and hardworking people can live peacefully with respect. This gigantic work required lot of hardship and preparation from the government which could not be put because of its secrecy was to be guarded. So anyway we are in the verge of entering a new era with real money and reduced prices of real estate prices so that a common man can build his dream home in the near future but this strict vigilance from the Govt. and IT Dept should be a continuous process without any interruptions from anybody then the Govt. will get crores of rupees of hidden blackmoney without any problem which can be used for nation building later. Trouble now but Coming years will give true results in future. Best Wishes to one and all. Happy Indian Citizen!

Though the intentions looked very gud initially but tuglaqi farmans issued every day at the cost of common ppl running around in circle is a very sorry figure. Hope FM and his coterie is not playing games, sitting in their office, laughing away, like mogambo khush hua. Though personally i can take care of myself through cards but am pained at the plight of millions of ppl . I do support modi ji but hope he and his trusted team of FM and party does not make a mockery of the serious issue and defn not at the cost of common ppl. .

Introduce Agricultural income tax and political party funds audit
by JSN on Dec 21, 2016 09:06 PM  | Hide replies

As far as demonetization of high value notes and U turns, fire fighting rules done, it reminds of Thuglak Raj . This exercise seem to be futile when compared to the unearthing , taxes Govt. gets, expenditure involved in implementation, deaths occurred in the Q lines, standing in the Qs by office going persons, business community and common/farmers sufferings. This Government ‘s plugging of black money will not be successful unless they introduce Agricultural income tax and ban political party donations, bring political parties funds audit by CAG. Even though they claim ATMs are recalibrated they are not working as there is no cash to fill it. Even though SC said they should issue rs.24,000/- per week per person only they are giving Rs.one note of 2000 or two notes of 2000/- only by saying they have not full cash. Their claim of no shortage of cash amounts to contempt of court as we see each bank is having endless Qs for cash hours together. Every one has to wait in the Qs for hours together till the cash comes to the branch in the afternoon for meager disbursement. They are not giving 2.5 laksh for marriage performing people by putting so many impossible conditions and that finally depends on that days meager cash availability. We can not take FM and RBIs statements face value as they have lost credibility in smooth implementation. Political party donations should be taxed at 80% and the donors have to pay that.

if standing a few hours in queues is suffering , I wonder what stamina the complaining people have to deal with life overall....to me they are substandard humans unfit to live ! The only exceptions are old and the sick who should be taken care of by their younger family members in the first place so no complaint of people dying in queues which is not the responsibility of the govt. but the family members or the public which should help such individuals as a social need!

THAT Makes 59 Times The Corrupt Invented Ways To Convert
by rishi on Dec 21, 2016 08:57 PM

.....their black-money to white without being noticed....what a remarkably alert and vigilant Govt. we have in place is what every honest citizen prides in.....the honest have everything to gain when a corrupt person is caught....as that makes one less cheat in the society around us....the Govt. is remarkably vigilant and alert to the emerging tactics of the corrupt people who are alwyas on the lookout for that one straw they could escape from unnoticed how they could convert their blackmoney into white.....the govt.'s reflex action may be termed AS FLIP-FLOPS BY THE CRITICS.....BUT THEN THEY ARE 'CRITICS' PATRONISING THE CORRUPT OBVIOUSLY....AND THEIR OWN BLACKMONEY....SO GOVT. CAN AFFORD TO IGNORE THESE CRITICS AND CAN CARRY ON WITH ITS BUSINESS OF NABBING THE CORRUPT IN THE NATION'S INTEREST.

Good . At least now the RBI and Fin Ministry have opened their eyes and rectifying the mistakes. Otherwise people have already lost faith in earlier Govts and policies and they should have lost faith on one and only one good leader ie Modiji, who has emerged as a ray of hope for the youth who can rescue India from corruption, hoarding of black money binamis etc. Let us hope and pray that he comes out successfully from this venture and strike with good, correct and perfect planning and idealogies on other social evils.
