Tax payers money is wasted in few lacs crores in paying DA linked pension to govt. servants. Everyone is covered with EPFO scheme i.e. one time payment to retired one. Similarly salary, perqs. are paid to non performers, unfit and suspected corrupts till retirement. Who will change this service condition.

I think this writer has never ever moved out of Ac offices or metro cities.The creation of jobs at lower end of society can't be called wastage as they need it most.Drivers,plumbers,electricians,ATM attendants or security person stamping at security are as important to society as this elite but ignorant writer.
The article does not convey anything except confusion. Is this the way the security issues should be discussed. The force has not been created y'day then why blame the PM for this. The tenor could have been more decent.
Similarly we may have to disband our army as it is not fighting a war. And also the navy and the airforce.
Does this guy ever know what a deterrent is? In india where the fear of law in less and enforcement is lacking , you physically require someone to stop you from an act of lawlessness. Proof is the Road signals , where if there is no policeman the signals are seldom followed .
So what if such jobs are created.He calls them lazy jobs. Does he think that everyone can be super intelligent like him. Before calling the CRPF jawan as a lazy person doing his job lazily he should think twice. I have always marveled at the thoroughness of their frisking though it is a boring job of repetitive nature.
what is it that is set to be achieved. May be its a article in someones interest. Bangalore , Hyderabad ,Mumbai airports have to pay the costs of these security services probably and it is costing them.
Agreed it is a unskilled job and these jobs need to be abolished . who will do it then? machines. The only only other way is to replace them by private security guards. Oh, the author is also against them as they too are unskilled and accordingly useless.May be we can walk into his utopia of unsecured airports .
Since when is driving not a skilled profession?
Last heard that computers are now picking up facts and generating articles. So do we do away with article writers as this is no more skilled. Then we dont have to read such pieces
