How the Government generate wasteful expenses.
by Ahi Sen on Aug 01, 2015 03:58 PM

The judiciary is one area where number of pending cases are increasing with every passing day. one of the reasons is negative attitude of the government. For example, in 1985 the Central Administrative Tribunals were established to relieve the High Courts of the country to be releived from burden of court cases on service matters relating to Central Government Employees. For some initial period the government took the decisions given by the tribunal benches seriously and implemented too. Now, the Central Administrative tribunal decissions are invariably be challanged by the Central Government by taking those to High Courts and Supreme Court. Thereby the very purpose of extablishment of Central Administrative tribunals have been made as one more tire to make the deliverance of justice on service matters lenthier and expensive. The Modi Government is no exception in this matter.

India is enormous country. Poulation is 125 crores. Then it's a vibrant democracy with rijid political parties in terms of Parliamentary business&tasks. Thus country of the size of 125 cores population&small land man ratio needs different&genuine brains. Most countries of world are dvarfs in comparision to India. First lesson is Planning&Dev for India is not like province. Second lesson is coraption is the fundamental, critical&key stambling block for prpogress&prosperity of India. Unless coraption is rouated out India wil have to be what it is. Example: Gazzeetted signature on xerox done away with is a measure to provide hassel free day to day life for citizens. Similarly many such efforts and policies are need for citizens for hasel free life. These are like: Give birth/deat certificates, Aadhar, Ration card, Voter card, Income certficate, Cast cert etc. at home that is door step questions unasked. There few more such services that govt shall provide right at the door step of every citizen. This strategy will ensure that comman man lives in peace with oat harsment of pety ofcls and their iltreetment, insalts and brebs. Once this is acheived citizens themselves will take care of roatinj out, corapsion and corapt. That will provide good governance acros the nation and in less than 10 years time India will be a nation of peace, prosperity, robust economy&very low un&under employment and powerfuul nation along side Germany, Japan etc. with a 25

Do not forget that only 3 crore are paying taxes with all abuses and fear of tax authorities.
Rest-majority of them non productive or poor are making Kings in India by way of voting to them. As such poverty is a part to keep these prejudiced and divisive politicians alive.

Indian executive strength is about 2 crore employees. If the approach for governance is these 2 crore centric all that said in above mail can be delivered and once it happens economy will be on full swing and people would contribute immensely for a robust economy. There is no doubt about it. Please note: A vullage Head (saprpanch elected by people) earns 15 lakhs a year (term is 5 years) and 100 thousand Sarpanchas heading one lakh panchayaths make 25000 crores of money a year which is unakkounted fer and gets in to economy. Hope this tells the story of Poltcal emplymnt.

All Jugaad or Jumlas??
by Rajnathbhai Srinivas on Jul 29, 2015 12:22 AM  | Hide replies

Modi has always been playing Jugad or Jhumla with the nation from day one. Where is Black Money 15 lacs in Indians SB a/c. Now another Jhumla that it will take 25yrs to build India properly like Gujarat and now we all know what is in Gujarat?? all Jugaad or Jumlas?? Which means he wants to make a nest in Delhi permanently alongside Amit Shah? He did not appoint proper head of Dept for corruption. HRD minister etc have false degrees. Enough is enough of Jugaad or Jhumlas? BJP got paid in their own coin. BJP had stalled the Parliament when they were in the opposition. Now the resignation demanded are avoided the same thing the congress will do when they are in power. Hence BJP should make Sushma, Raje, Chawan etc to resign and bring them back after some time which will be the best and no loss to the exchequer...

For Make in India to succeed, stop wasting crores on useless manp
by jayaram putisari on Jul 28, 2015 09:50 PM  | Hide replies

The concept of Make in India is good. The finer points have to be reviewed and adjusted according to the needs and outcome. It is not proper to be cynical about everything and offer a blanket criticism. In a competitive environment there will not be wasted manpower and the efficiency will improve. Instead of reducing manpower we can think in terms of enlarging the role and increasing efficiency etc.
We could seek some guidance from the ex-president if he is alive. RIP Mr. Kalam. We salute you for your great vision and unique approach to bring about lasting change in the country.

Progress Lesson from our Neighbours
by b g on Jul 28, 2015 04:25 PM  | Hide replies

Well we need to take big lessons from China and other south east Asian countries like South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia etc. When China is building homes for people and poor, we in India lack basic infrastructure. Check the mobile signals, transport, roads, railways etc. We are still 20years behind developing countries. Let us wake up and put things in proper order. This is the main reason we have brought the BJP into power. Not to do away with 5 years and have India shining camps.

A good suggestion. However, it needs to be studied from security angle like if somebody from the shopping complex or otherwise in the checked in area colludes with a passenger.
