Of course the PM has to look into the matter, if he speaks about make in India programmes. If labour is diverted into \"non-performing\" sectors like chauffers and rickshaw drivers and so called security guards, where will industry get \"cost effective\" workers. There has to be a balance, where efficiency becomes top priority. Most people in developed countries can niether afford taxis nor chauffers, so whats so special about India. Think about it !!

In india rickshaw driver / Cab drivers , earn better than engineers -- A FRESH ENGG GRADUATE in auto industry WILL GET 10 K SALARY IN MEDIUM SCALE UNIT . while a fresh CAB driver can earn 1000 Rs per day just driving 3 hours of car on highway . and without any pressure of work . SO which Job is better . 30K can be easily earned by the CAB DRIVER per month .driving 5 to 6 hours per day / I have seen engineers who work hard for 10 to 12 hours with all tensions and bad words and earn equal to a cab driver -- Better be a cab driver or work in MNC .

yes a top college camps selected enn gets 15k , but lots head ache , we indian think different , all jobs have their own rwscept
Employment at minimum wages must be right of every Indian citizen, if not to all at least to one member in a family. Whereas 75% of our budget goes to pay DA salary, perqs. and pension to govt. servants, plus politicians as their payment is also linked like Govt. servants. As such both are looting tax payers money-no one is caring actually for common man, no one is concerned to guarantee the unemployed, and not ready to give up his loot by way of hefty salary, perqs. and retiral. Today even a peon cost to govt. Rs.40,000 per month including all leaves, perqs. and retiral. What a joke of tax payers money. Will Modi be dare enough to take this correction.
