Donations from company
by Employee Grief on Oct 01, 2014 10:47 AM

These leaders get all th epublicity for donations to charity but does anyone not know that this money is taken from the paychecks of employees and employee doesnot have any chioce to say NO. It is forced deduction. What cheats these people are. And if they are actually donating millions to charity, why cant this be donated to employees as increase in pay?Infosys is classic example of worst offender. It bobards you with email sto contibute to its inhouse charity but if a junior guy sends one email asking a doubt these so called GPM and above people send back replies saying "dont flood my inbox". As it is these people are idling their time and they have problem if a hard working SE asks a doubt.Infosys also has forced contribution to its charity. Even if employee says he doesnot want to contribute he has to contribute and who gets the credit??These great people who are seen smiling here in this above pictures

That means all the money donated by these people and the one which our PM is attracting from foreign investors is going in to the pockets of netas and beurocrats.

Eradication of Poverty
by Shaik Bade Saheb on Oct 01, 2014 05:41 AM  | Hide replies

So many philanthropists gave so much. Governments' are spending so many billions for the welfare of the poor and yet the gap between the rich and the poor has reached dangerous proportions. Lack of vision and poor planning. It is possible to eradicate poverty, manmade and universal, in India in just 7 to 10 years as I see a great ray of hope in the Corporate Social Responsibility. Will some one reading this please bring this to the notice of of Agarwal of Vedanta Group or any other person in the interest of service to mankind?
