The most important need of India is meeting energy demand that too in an eco friendly manner. Yes Solar is the answer. If power can be harnessed from roof tops, why not from the farms of the farmers!!! Say 15 percent of farms can be covered with elevated PV arrays without affecting the farmer's crop production. There is no cost of land for the project. The research organizations like DST/CSIR/IITs etc should be funded to develop the technology of making grid connected invereters at affordable cost. Disseminate this technology amongst the small electronic manufacturers so that they can earn their livelihood and make available this technically sophisticated product at a price that will make energy production viable. The ministry of non-conventional energy is one of the most corrupt body. Simply reform this. Develop the policies in a manner such that energy production is encouraged by PV means. Produce energy during day time by solar. Protect water in dams during day time, and utilize this during peak hours. WHAT IS REQUIRED IS APPLY MODI FORMULA OF ACHIEVING TARGETS. India does have a huge potential, only problem is honest efforts. Does Modi has guts to design and impliment the proper policies. If he can not then there is not even remote hope.
Hats off to your effort. We do make use of the Solar energy for the single house. But, your effort of lighting for the complete apartments and selling to others. Great achievement. You are a source to follow sir.
