taken all the fruit( investing in other ventures) of TCS by not giving incentives to the hard worked staff's if this attitude continues soon they will loose quality of work
It's nice to have people like him, this is called bade dil waala. TCS needs to learn a lot from him ,Infact all companies need to learn. where a few enjoy the fruit of hardwork of others.

Before commenting on magnanimous gifts it is prudent to know about the salaries the company is paying.if they are paying at par with industry standards or not.otherwise the savings on account of slary front maight be getting dispersed in the form of gifts.
