taken all the fruit( investing in other ventures) of TCS by not giving incentives to the hard worked staff's if this attitude continues soon they will loose quality of work

Before commenting on magnanimous gifts it is prudent to know about the salaries the company is paying.if they are paying at par with industry standards or not.otherwise the savings on account of slary front maight be getting dispersed in the form of gifts.
