when Govt do not have courage to levy super tax on super wealth after fixing maximum wealth per individual/family wise then easy way is out is to oblige the employees and give donations...

my friend, a hearing aid re-supplier, told me people are getting lucky now a days by buying hearing aid sometime.

This type of attitude and relation between owner and workers dedication and faith is the base of progress of business.Such relation first established by Crupp steel of Germany after 2nd world war which cared its workers utmost

I would have certainly done the same thing or more than that if I owned a company and my employees showed dedication and hard work.There are good people in the world setting right examples for the mankind.I salute Mr.Dholakia and his sincere employees.
