A guideline to Industrialists and Government:
by Prabhakaran Pillai on Oct 24, 2014 10:00 PM

Let it be a guide for the big and small employment providers who squeeze their employees blood to make money and deny the profit share.
It should be a lesson tobe taught to the Management students of the future to through which earnestness and hard work rewards to either side...the Government too think of while throwing away the staff Public Sector employees to streets without any pension benefits.

SAVJIBHAI DHOLAKIA AND HIS BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
by thakur singh on Oct 24, 2014 06:07 PM  | Hide replies

tHE STORY OF MR. SAVJIBHAI IS AMAZING AND WORTH EMULATING, BY EVERY ENTREPRUENER AND INDUSTRIALIST. HIS BUSINESS POLICY OF SHARING PROFIT AND ENCOURAGING HIS STAFF IW SOMETHING BUSINESS SCHOOLS WILL NOT TEACH. HOW NICE AND BEAUTIFUL, IT WOULD BE IF ALL THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY LEARNS A LESSON FROM HIS BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY AND INSTEAD SPENDING CRORES AND CRORES FOR ENDORSEMENTS TO ACTORS, MODELS AND SPORTSMEN, SHOULD SHARE WITH THEIR WORKER LIKE MR. DHOLAKIA AND HIS FAMILY. THEY WILL BRE NO NEED FOR ADVERTISEMENTS AND ENDORSEMENTS. HARIKRISHNA EXPORTS DOES NOT NEED ANY ENDORSEMENTS. ITS POLICY ITSELF SPEAKS VOLUMES.

It is a true bonding between the employer and employees. I also read that through it is a family 4 brother run business, no question of the decison taken by edlder brother. Mr Dholakia created a amazing history in Indian business while Multinationals milk money and take the profit away from country.

No doubt they can do that. Diamond industry in Surat flourishes on unaccounted money for years. The monthly payment of employees is delivered in trucks through angadias. They are anti nationals. The political parties also receive funds from them..so nothing happens. Jai ho...
