Govt babus' ways have not changed. Rajnath Singh also is of similar mindset.
It should have first given few months to comply. Till then, let the taxis display non-compliance sign in some way.
The problem is with govt mindset. Modi will fail if mindset does not change.

Looks like a human right activist!!

Govt will make rule, change will be brought in. But why should the one who has not followed the rule to be left unpunished?

Punish the Uber, punish the guilty in Govt dept too..!

Vinod Khosla worried about his money and not the poor women who are harrased.
