The cattle owners of Gujarat will always remember this great Dr. Kurien. Though basically he is not from Gujarat but he is rightly the father of not only WHITE REVOLUTION but also of co-operative movement in the milk industry. May his soul rest in peace.
One of India's greatest sons, a true Karmayogi, passes into history. From every Indian who cherishes his glass of milk,a quiet salute and a silent Namaskar to this titan. May his soul rest in peace and may we never forget his immense contribution to the Cooperative movement. The least that rediff could have done was to put a photograph in the very small article.
Me & my familys' grand tribute to dis great genius who made us feel proud for the White Revolution Movement a gr8 success & making the World's gretest Co-operative Society in d world. A great loss 4 India, cannot repair it.

I really feel proud to have such a great Indian with us. He was a great thinker who used to think at least 20 years ahead than his time. Was a great brand ambassodor and did excepetionally well in Operation flood.we all Indians will miss him.
Dr K dont deserve Bharat Ratna. After all he is not a dancer, musician, singer, or a petty politician. He just helped India achieve self sufficiency in milk n made the largest milk producing country in the world. So what? That is nothing compared to great people like Latha, Bhimsen Joshi, Sachin (next in que). No wonder we Indians deserve the politicians that we have now.

Dude, you can do without songs or sports but not without milk. In the country, where a large proportion of children are still malnourished, Dr. Kurien's effort is worthwhile
