Why Tatas should come for negotiation when they lost so much. They were not allowed to take away their material, and theft was allowed from their factory in presence of state security.

Why did not they take away their material when they announced their shifting..?? Besides..they have shown 69 crores expenditure for shifting of material in their books of acounts...if they have not taken the materials...on what they have spent 69 crores...??
Oh!. Now didi shall brand the Judges as CPM. Didi enough is enough!wake up and think of doing some good things to people who have trusted and voted for you
The West Bengal Government, can keep on making gimmick after gimmicks to appease the farmers of Singur, but it is clear that this generation will not get their land back. The Tatas, are one of leading Industrial house, worldwide and they know law better than State Counsels

Even if they get their land back what use will it be for them ??...the 6 ft deep concrete has made the land totally unsuited to agriculture. The Farmers of Singur who r literally limping on with their lives should take matters in their own hand and move to negotiate direct with the Tata Company to salvage whatever is possible from a Cancer case !

First of all granting agricultural land for industrialization is a wrong thing done by left and issue is further complicated by DIDI.Now instead of returning land aallow TATAs do something there without unnecessary egoes

That option is still there. If the Tatas come out of their ego then they has alreday been offered the 600 acres land to manusfacture auto parts.

if didi starts using her brain (i'm hoping she has one), tata's would gladly start a new industrial project on the entire land and provide the landless some job or business opportunity
It seems very easy to take land from farmers but very difficult to give it back to them, what an irony! It is either intentional or non commitment on part of the drafters of the legislation.
For this adamant act, who will get punishment, no one either in politics or administration. Suferrer is only Tata or public. This is what our democratic norm is, whenever any mistake is done knowingly or unknowingly by Govt. none is punished whereas in public, govt. is always ready to bull dose them.
