In simple words "due to GOONDAISM". They do not have respect for common people. They are behaving in their own pockets that as the Zamindar. They do not have any respect for Human Rights where they are in power, but where they are not in power they are for Human Rights.
That's what you call democracy. Any party in the world, be it socialist, communist or capitalist when allowed an unbroken stint, it is bound to become autocratic and imagine that they're going to last forever. Corruption, pride, nepotism is bound to creep in leading to an abvious downfall. That's what happened with the Left Front. It was a predictable outcome, but now Bengal has an unpredictable future. After all it'll be headed by a totalitarian autocrat.....Though the general consensus is anything is better than CPM
Only due to their audacity, misbehaviour to the general public by calling them to the local party office and beating / threatening them in front of their neighbours, looting of money from the panchayat, district fund, in the name of land-reforms, there is so many undue advantages from the vendors, bus owners, different type of auto/ four wheelers, tolla from different vendors, mid-day meals etc.etc. so many types of corruption even the audacity of CM's view that "AMRA 235 ORA SUDHU 30" such type of version. Bengalis are very intelligent, they have forgot it in 34 years. Even in 2006, they have commented in 100 years nobody is to defeat them in any election. I also thanks to Election Commission regarding their strong activities to conduct the Assembly Election. Thanks to all.
