Losing an election in a democracy is no big deal. Leders like Winston Churchill and Indira Gandhi have lost elections. So, what is the big deal if Left Front lost in West Bengal? Some time, even a Rafael Nadal has to lose at Roland Garros. Some time, even Narendra Modi will lose an election in Gujarat. It is all a part of the game. Important thing is, that the Left Front ruled West Bengal for 34 years. Let Didi win at least three elections, then she will have the right to roar. Right now, I have a feeling that the voters of West Bengal are going to regret their decision to vote Didi in just about six months. NB: I am no communist. In fact I am staunchly anti-communism.

First of all congrats to Mamata Banerjee and TMC and Congress for winning the election. One of her supporters has written - 'She wants growth both in agriculture and industry'. How is she going to do that - returing factory land to farmers and farming land to industrialists?
i was working in a company we had a communist leader his son was transfered to far of place .when he become president of the union first thing he did was to meet MD and got his son transfered back from that time on wards he sold all laborers rights to management.when he retired he left the factory through back door without even a simple send off and that is to days communists are for small favors they sell whole employees ( same thing they did while they were in power in center)
these communists are selfish people . back in times the trade unions were powerful now all most all trade unions are nil, no management cares for laborers.the leaders make money and are corrupt .while they were in power at center they did nothing but weakened the labor movements what is why they lost kerala, west bengal now they on the roads paper tigers is all they are.
What change can you expect? When you replace HORRIBLE with TERRIBLE? Bengal..you have got work to do..There is something called SENSIBLE..Ever thought of it?
Thanks to Mamta for providing Left such Golden opportunities. Power been grabbed by default without having any party-philosophy-programme just because people want to change or get-rid-off bad elements in politics...which is what going to happen as obvious fallout of this entire episode. Left is much organized and have systematic time-tested makeup processes than anyone else. Their comeback is written-on-the-wall and it will be paved by TMC only which will act as a catalyst in the entire dirt-cleaning operation for the Left.
