infosys ws great once.. but over the years they became too politically correct ! got into a lot of nonsense which make for great media copy in the fashionable intellectual circles but which dont work in real life ! the way they treated phanish moorthy was deplorable.. they got trapped in western notions of organisation building and HR funda which are far removed from human nature !infosys will go further down !other players who r more business like wud overtake the likes of infosys
See, during the recession a lot of companies took advantage and tried to squeeze a lot from employees and did many other things which were not exactly employee friendly. Indian companies especially Infy,Wipro were worse then others in this regard. There are instances in Infy where the whole team put in their papers as soon as recruitment picked up in the industry because of the new policies implemented in the company. The thing in IT Services is that the employees are the main investment/raw product(I couldn't get better word). So if the supply of raw products for input is in mess obviously your revenues/profit is hit. Moral of the story : IT companies should treat their employees better and take care of their concerns. PS : I definitely don't want to work in Infy or Wipro as of now. I would prefer TCS/CTS/HP etc.
TCS,Wipro,Infy all these indian IT firms are hells. they give peanuts to employees and make them to work like slaves. shame on Indian IT firms. they dont develop any successful Products..simply outsource and earn.

Wipro is also a competetor with TCS in terms of tourturing their employees. all managers in Wipro are psychos,sadists. they dont know abcd of Technology.

why u missed infy.In infy employee will not get the basic facility working in Home town even if opty& fcty are available.Put SI to Chandigarh and NI to Mysore.Affecting morale of employee
