does this not amount to violation of code of conduct for election. this joker belong to party who is contesting in all the four states. what election commission is doing. if this can be allowed then free distribution of TV in TN also should be allowed.
As if he has done a very big obligation, after inflating many items by way of putting them in service tax net. When he is retiring, all these oldis are only to suck the blood of tax payers, they do not even think once when it is a talk to enhence DA of govt. babus or any favour to a politician, today itself this fool has put a burden on tax payers of 6000 crores by way of increasing DA of govt. servants.
I would like to know from the Finance Minister or from one of his colleages that when airlines are now charging ST directly on tickets, is the travel agents are now exempt from paying additional 10.3% ST, which they normally charge the passengers on their invoices? if yes, doesn't it mount to double or triple taxation for same product being taxed multiple times and in the end the cosnumer or the passenger is further burdened? kindly look into this confusing trend and please come out with clear strategy to be followed by travel agents....thanks
