yes well said hebbar good comments upa is a misery govt. no idea how long wl they survive or they wl be thrown out before gen elections. this pranab joker is really a idiot person to tax the same on healthcare and has given a wonderful budget for the current year it is definately one of the worst budget we ever had and common man will be affected as it is been already going to dooms since price of essential commodities and food grains are shooting up and oil prices also incl.crude oil and petro products ?? Misery govt has be thrashed out very soon
