thats true. Toyota etios diesel will beat other cars in its segment by cost and quality also
Maruti hasn't understood the consumers. Because of the traffic congestion, people want auto gear so that they don't tire out from continuous shifting of gears and clutch. They should also offer an auto-gear version.
It looks like suzuki is more involved in designing their out-of-the country design while completing with other brands.
Although the exteriors are a copy-paste of Innova, except few modifications, the interiors are a xerox of any japaneze car. We indians love smooth, soft edge finish unlike what they like. This car will almost give an alien-like experience when driven...
Maruti Suzuki's R3 has a very low power engine for a 7 seater. Seen spy shot's taken while road tests on team-bhp.c|o|m its not having any similarity on the photos shown here. Its looking like blown up Ritz. Maruti Suzuki should do some heavy work on styling of their products. Maruti Suzuki should stay as cheap and reliable brand, better leave others for the high end. Very few no of customers opt highend variants in Maruti Suzuki due to the brand repo.
The original one to be released by maruti is totally different. It looks like a bulged Versa. Some pictures of the actual vehicle is available at Team-bhp website.
