Each player is stronger in some area , no one is stronger in ALL area.
BSNL is stronger all over india as far as reach is concerned , being Gov body they are FORCED to erect tower whrere village population is 100...where as Pvt players will erect towers only when the population is more than 5 lac !

hi dude,its introduced mainly for customer satisfaction n irrespective of state relocations
operator which has poor signal in specific area will curbed looking for better op in that locality
