Whats the basis? some of them sold at higher price? they are operating companies and deal with technology. in business there are many deatils invloved maybe future services, other deals collaboration, technology transfer, joint operations and a hell lot of things.. and this may reflect in the price.. CAG must be dump head to argue that since plastic andmetal is 100 and 400 ruppe each a kilo, a car must be weighed and sold based on its weight!!! as simple as that..

Educated Huh ? Real Estate Companies got Spectrum for free and sold it in thousand of Crores.. Company which have got nothing to do with telecom have got this spectrum ! ? Little knowledge is dangerous..

How SC accept a case on 2G based on Leaked report which was not even officially tabled in parliament at that time.?
It should have rejected the case on grounds that there is no offical CAG report available at that time.
What is the need for SC to voluntarily come forward to monitor the CBI investigations when there was no official CAG report tabled in parliament?
If SC have voluntarily initiated action against CAG for report leak then its ok but that was not done. If some common man have gone with the same situation in any other case they will simply reject the case saying no official report available.
Why SC was in a hurry and whenever somebody talks against why it condemns.

Few Crore Scam is everyday story.. When loss estimated runs into 1.76L Cr i.e. enough to make all of India Litterate.
Pls ask unanswered questions. Its common sense if auctioned it would have fetched more that amount.
Call prices would have gone up by few percent. But service tax also hikes up that amount.
Problem is all the politicans are here for benefits., Its up to us when we see any cause rise upto it. Proper Investigation should be conducted.

Work of CAG is to point out any financial wrong doing. They have Pointed out huge Loss to Exchequer. Its oUr money let JPC probe and than if there is any guilty just shoot them

If CAG reveal will you be able to understand ? you don't act like Sibal .. JPC is probing in the matter and I understand they have the expertise in the field to come up with such figure.
