Ofcourse he succeeded. More IITs with no infrastructure, poor faculty (who will go to teach there for peanuts?).
CBI has already classified which cases to pursue and which cases to be written off. Cases to be pursued vigorously include Amit Shah, Graham Staines etc. and cases to be buried include 2G, CWG, Bofors etc.
Hon'able minister Mr.Kapil Sibal has already played an irresponsible role as a HRD minister in taking the Indian school education system in general and CBSE in particular on the path of deterioation but he escaped successfully from the mess as no body is concerned about the education system or its results in general in the country. All opportunities of job, business, administtartion are already under a big corrut embrela of politicians and beaurocrates of the country. He started behaving in the same irresponsible manner when he was given the additional charge of telecom ministry just to please the corrupt govt. But he is now cught on the wrongfut and this is further strengthened by the suggestion from Hon'able SC to him to behave responsibly. Let us hope he will learn some thing in due course of time and not play with chair and its responsibilities in a light manner just to plaese his bosses in politics but take a holistic approach keeping the benefits and concern of common people in his mind.

He is the guy who thinks to big about himself and believes that he can talk and make people look like clowns! Government will create all records to prove that politicians are right and there is no corruption. Like they are now buying time so that thieves who have hoarded money in swiss bank can run with their loot! Eventually no one will be brought to justice!! this is what government is doing as they are all in the same league!!! PM need to save his PM post that is all he needs.
Its the ego war thats going on between SC and Govt.
Govt cannot speak anything against SC that's the reason the two judges are acting against the govt.
I think these two judges CAG must be the Secret agents of BJP,RSS etc etc.
Because see one will leak the report other will allow one ( secret joker) to file a case. everything is preplanned and successfully executed with the help of media until sibal and montek arrived and showed the real fact.
Now SC has nowhere to hide and shouting at these non issue.
why not asking the CAG one question about the leak?

if u believe, bjp being out of power for 6 yrs, still can make CAG report (inspite of congress's expertise in the same(CBI being the best ex)) what they want then i really pity ur knowledge..

Abey Chut1ye Tamilan, u seem to belong to Raja caste , Govt is supposed to act on CAG report and punish Raja and other for that they have register cases on them. govt did not take any action, so Swamy went to supreme court.

I reject this movie. Why did you miss out Karunanidhi, Rajathi, Kanimozhi, Alagiri and Stalin. Maran can fit as a comedian.
