SCs New found street smartness is welcome, but.........we request you to go back to your stoic silence when the religious monument was pulled down, when scores were brutally murdered in col blood in the name of religion, when the Senas of Mumbai flex their muscles on linguistic pretex, when the Yeddys and bellary brothers "plundered" our resources and still continue to do unabted, when the BJP land sharks looted the MP state , and still continue to do .Make a scathing reamrk on the aforesaid irregularities too.
Your forerunners like KG balakrishnan amassed wealth disproportionate to his known income , you still fail to apologise to your subjects, the Citizens of this republic. And now to cover up all these glaring errors, you got a convenient, unarmed, meek prey in Kapil Sibil.Ensure that you express your anger to the others too, so that the subjects of this republic feel that Not only Justice is being done, but done in a impartial manner too.

You mean to say that the country does not need CAG and the Supreme Court and let Rajas and Kapil Sibals have a free run of loot in the country. ;-)

As I many times told this guy is bluffer & does not understands what he speaks.First, this guy has to be interrogated as to why he started giving no loss to exchequer.PM,Kabil sibal equally responsiple for this scam.Honesty has to be redefined if our PM is innocent about this 2G scam

SC follows the tide !
by Bimall Saraogi on Jan 21, 2011 02:23 PM  | Hide replies

There is something drastically wrong with the way important matters are handled. How can views of both Kapil and Montek be ignored. Kapil runs Edu and Telecom, Montek decides practically trillions of rupees budget. The SC is asking to ignore these 2 persons and listen to Swamy. What will world think ? The matter is very serious and not just taking govt. head on. Media has blundered by giving the perception that 1.76 L cr has been simply looted from treasury. I am not defending anybody but my only request to media is go deep and reach near the facts before coming out in public.

Few Crore Scam is everyday story.. When loss estimated runs into 1.76L Cr i.e. enough to make all of India Litterate.

Pls ask unanswered questions. Its common sense if auctioned it would have fetched more that amount.

Call prices would have gone up by few percent. But service tax also hikes up that amount.

Problem is all the politicans are here for benefits., Its up to us when we see any cause rise upto it. Proper Investigation should be conducted.

Nobody belives in CBI anymore.

Thanks to Judiciary to show courage
by door drishti on Jan 21, 2011 02:10 PM

Its not that Judiciary is without any taint. They also have many corrupt judges. But at least they have a few honest persons in their ranks.
Alas, we don't have any honest persons in the govt. There is only one so called "Honest Person" who is living on that hype. And his honesty ends where his nose ends. You can do anything after that and the "Honest Person" will act like Gandhi Ji's 3 monkeys.
