AIRTEL BIGGEST CHEATER
by vikram chauhan on Jan 21, 2011 01:47 PM  | Hide replies

If I have to give nbr 1 cheater award to any mobile company and that will be none-other but AIRTEL. Airtel people loot away crores of rupees from subscribers by offering disguise n cheating contests and collect revenue by making people play contests. Airtel's future is bleak .

Cheating by telecom Operators
by Mahadeva Mishra on Jan 21, 2011 11:53 AM  | Hide replies

Tata Indicom does the same. This all happens on Pre Paid nos.I have taken the connection for 30 paise per min STD. Believe the money they deduct is not as per 30 paise. Besides these operators have 101 ways to cheat the customers. They activate some stupid services. They ahve activted news service on my no. I complained them, got it deactivated a million time. Still no respite. They keep deducting the same every month. It appears I have to live with this as long as I have this no.IDEA also belongs to TATAs. They were supposed to be people of high integrity. I am sorry to say they are the worst.

You must have exceeded the no of characters for a single SMS, that is the reason they must have charged you double. I too have vodafone No. all is fine with vodafone except network problem and i find all others too face network problem, so i feel Vodafone is the best till date available for Indian people.

BSNL as major telecom service providers has come up with plan for agricultural officers and farmers to help them coordinate their agriculture busines Special offers from BSNL for the port-in-GSM customers under Mobile number portability:
1. For Prepaid 2G & 3G customers:
a) Port–in–charges will be fully waived off.
b) Free SIM.
c) Additional talk value for Rs. 100 in addition to the normal free talk value
2. For Postpaid 2G & 3G customers:
a) Port–in–charges will be fully waived off.
b) Free SIM. c) 3G SIM card will be charged as per selling price.
c) 50% rebate to the customers in the FRC of first month.
it is surprising that Government run company does this much for agricultural department at the cost of profit as social commitment and corrupt ministers as Promod Mahajan delayed launching BSNL services nearly 2 years finally Atal Bihari Vjpeyi had to sack Pramod Mahajan from MOC and launch BSNL mobile services in Luknow so when ministers do such corruption what common man should do and appeal. Any way MTNL and BSNL efforts for survival are really awesome?

switch to BSNL
by SRINIVASARAGHAVAN NARASIMHAN on Jan 21, 2011 11:36 AM  | Hide replies

BSNL is the cheapest service and very transparent billing. No chaeting business in GOVT organisation. Further the profit goes to Govt and not to any private individual

BSNL and MTNL stopped employing people since 2004. Only people are are on contract and the cost of their salary is less than 60% of what was paid earlier. Know the facts before you talk crap. For more information, you may google and get info online.

chor!!!
by abhishek agarwal on Jan 21, 2011 11:35 AM

ALL telecom companies in India are BIG chor. They bribe the government so that they can charge Rs. 5 for an SMS, R1. 1 for an outgoing call etc etc. Nothing in the name of customer care.
They charge heavily for GPRS but performance is worse than slowest of dial-ups.
They sell broadband connections with Maximum speed limits, which can never be acheived
They pack as many subscribers in one distribution box, as possible
They give u an unlimited broadband connection, but reduce ur speed to 256 kbps once u reach 10-15 GB download - what 'unlimited' internet
Whenever there is talk in media about all this, they bribe the media to shut up - media people much more than their salaries by doing this
I read a news saying that broadband is going to be minimum 1 MBPS - as in other countries. But that proposal died a slow death, many media people made a lot of money from that news, guess who paid them all the black money?
They're making colossal profits - hence the lakh crore 2G scam when the world is switching to 3G, bcoz the profits they make are astronomical
I got a bill of Rs. 6000 when my credit limit was fixed at 2500. How? Nobody knows.
They harass u to pay if you disagree. They will call all numbers u have called in the past and ask about u
They will make frivolous calls to ur relatives and use abusive language
This includes Airtel, Tata, Birla, Vodafone and everyone else
So much for India's telecom revolution
