With most operators offering similar tariff plans, their network reliability and customer service will decide who gets / retains the most customers.

I have been a customer for Airtel for 5 years and have got the worst experience from them...I decided to change the subscriber in 2007 but since there were talks going on from then on MNP, I waited for 3 long years for MNP to come into effect. I am porting to a different subscriber and already have done the formalities for the same. The recent Attitude problem I had was after paying my bill in one of the Airtel Counters I just asked them to give me a e-bill copy from the customer care centre itself, to which they replied, either ask Customer Care over their 121 for the same and it will reach me in 3 days time or was askng me to take it myself from a I-cafe. Why cant they atleast give me a copy of my own mobile bill from their side which I needed urgently and they are asking me to wait 3 days and all that stuff. Such SICK service...BYE BYE AIRTEL

Airtel provides e-bill only if ur a post paid customer. since last 1 yr. Everybody is using this facility sinnce long ago. Problem of coverage can b listened for some arears but that is also not a issues now a days.

After staying on with Hutch / orange/ Vodafone for more than 12 years, they still charge ,me Rs 1.00 per local call & Rs1.50 for STD. Exhorbitant. No wonder I am immediately switching over to some other service provider. Good riddiance to Vodafone. I hope lots more shall follow suit.

interms of rates and cheating with unwanted services. and they aer arrogant even with paid customer service calls. I was waiting for this opportunity to teach a lesson to Airtel. all others are not saints but better than Airtel.

plannig to go with Tata Docomo after trying them for 6 months in another accout and I'm satisfied with their serivce

have u tried biggest cheat vodafone? are u aware that there is NO OPTION on their call centre number to talk to an executive...it is worst company without doubt.

I second you. All of sudden I get some messages like your service will be discontinued tomorrow for no reason on my Airtel mobile. Though they are good signal wise, they are worst service wise. their service is no better than any govt service.

Remember 1 paisa per second trick and we ended up paing 10 paisa more for a 1-minute call?

And what about lifetime validity and then keep charging every 3/6 months without fail?

This MNP also is one of the latest gimmics by these...WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE that we will get BETTER SERVICE/LOW PRICE/USAGE SATISFACTION after we shift over? no one is guaranteeing as all seem to be the same....

SO MY SINCERE REQUEST IS TO WAIT FOR SOME DAYS/WEEKS AND SEE WHAT IS THE ACTUAL TRICK OF THIS AND THEN SHIFT OVER...

u have various options to select. No one is forcing to select u a particular one. If u r not happy with 1 paisa/sec plan, don't use it. Also, if something does not suit ur needs, that does not mean that that is not good for others too.

have better connectivity in certain areas...in certainn areas they are bizaree....indtead of portability inida nedded some gud service provider....
in pune..
best available plans..without cheating bsnl525..2 cards...billing at 20p/min..worstconnectivity in some areas...overall just below par..never call cus service....
all other have better connectivity but they almost loot the coustemers..roaming bsnl is the best...
