I have swiss bank ac and have deposited 5 paisa black money. I am afraid my name will be put in wikileaks. I request italian queen to ban all wikileak sponsored websites in India and i promise to give kangress party 1 paisa. In swiss government is giving permission to kept the world wealth and maintain the secret of account holder. Their residential representatives (agents) are spread world wide to give services. However, If any President of the Nation demanded to disclose there citizens account details, there is a provision in Swiss Federal Bank law to disclose immediately. It means our president is willing to disclose the account holders name or seize the money (wealth) and take over to our reserve bank of India, it is simply easy. Just to send a letter to Swiss Government by mail or fax.
But unfortunately our president and governors are become rubber stamp with our corrupted politicians. May god save this country.
Because india is a unstable country. Totally fake news, how in the world these people sent money out of India , if it was not illgotten. Go thru RBI records and check how much money officialy goes out to Swiss Banks or Mauritius. India is a country where 1% people in power be it politicians, officials, businessman are looting the wealth for last 63years with no recourse. All big companies have investment from Maurrtius (which in fact comes from Swiss Banks or other ill gotten sources.) When you invest in a PUBLIC issue or open a deposit or invest in Mutual fund you have to give all your details, but for this money their is no disclosure requirement. Which says everything.
