Might be Kapil Sibal is also have his share in 2G scam. That's why he is diffending A Raja and pointing out fingure on CAG. CAG is nothing to do with money. CAG is only auditing and checking merky deals of 2G scam and interpreting their reports to government. This is basic duty of CAG. But Mr. Sibal knows how to manupulate the issues.
There must have been a big scam in 2G.. .But whether it was 1.7 lac crores or 1.7 crores is a matter of interpretation . It all depends upon which party the financial interpreter is aligned to. The masses are laymen in financial analysis. They just want to make expert comments on a subject which MBA's find difficult to understand.

This clown must read Indian express edition in which Gurumurthy has written a detailed article about the loss. How this saibal arrived at a conclusion to satisfy his masters who made money and transferred to their swiss accounts. Sibal must commit suicide.

Kabil sibal is useless mininster among other cong ministers.He does not know what he speaks like Dhig vijaya singh who is also a bluffer.People should not listen to this political joker's word.

tata got the licenses for 1600 crore and then sold 26% share to docomo for $1.2 billion. That is the kind of windfall profits CAG is talking about which Mr. Sibbal refutes with his skewed logic

Whats the use? Congress raped people for 40 years, and people will still vote for them. I used to think illiteracy is the reason for this, but when I came to the US I was awestruck with the number of literate NRIs supporting UPA. I mean these guys are literate, 100% of them. It took me a while to digest it. Then I started reading some spiritual stuff and found an answer for our sorry state, it is called "Karma". We must have done something wrong in this life or past life and we are paying for it. We have no option but live with it. Elections will help when there is a guarantee that people wont vote for the same tainted representatives, the only guarantee is that they will win again. Its our "Karma", just sit and watch my brother.
The message is clear - commit a very big fraud and then appoint Kapil Sibal as your lawyer - he will argue that you have done no wrong.. probably that you have done something very good. He has no shame.. no sense of fairplay. Just procedural irregularities -- i.e. Raja has signed using black ink, not blue ink ... that is all.
