by Nellai Tamilan on Jan 22, 2011 08:03 PM  | Hide replies

How can we get the Auction amount ( 1.76L Cr) without auctioning(2G).?

CAG is the only person in this whole world can do this.

Definitely he deserves an Nobel Prize.

Corruption
by Hebbar R on Jan 22, 2011 06:37 PM

There are 2 ways to tackle this. One is to preend it does not exist and the other is to take it head on. Obviously the political class has been using the first option since independence. That answers the question as to hey hardly any corruption cases have ever been prosecuted.

zero credibility ?
by chanakya maurya on Jan 22, 2011 03:14 PM

No way

It is in fact minus 1,76,000 crore credibility.

The most painful thing about this misdemeanor of his is :

He assumes the people of Bharatvarsh are idiots.

And this is what hurts most.

He may be a brilliant lawyer.

However he has miserably failed in his attempt to save the raja from trouble.

Actually the maharani, the leader of the UPA gang.

Sibal's 'zero loss' claim carries zero credibility!

1) Sibal's argument does not carry conviction. If Raja wanted market growth only, why was 3G auctioned and not given out on first-come-first-serve basis to manipulators?
2) Comparing 2G and 3G to Maruti 800 and Rolls Royce is stupid to say the least. At the time of 2G, Maruti 800 was probably the Rolls Royce of the day.
3) Following NDA policies was also wrong. Then the Telecom operators had erred in the auctions by bidding huge amounts. They learnt a lesson. would they done the same mistake once again?
4) If there was no wrong, why was Raja asked to resign?
5) Why were non-telecom cos and cos which did not meet stipulated conditions favoured and why first-come basis?

In this whole aroument of the govt, a few other important issues are getting lost.
1) Why is there a lull on the issue of Niira Radia tapes?
2) If Raja did not get benefited from the Telecon scam, where did he get the money from then? What is the status of this money trail?

Because of nellai tamilan all tamilians will be seen as stupid and idiot. Calculation of 1.76 L Cr was based on the projection. This is how prices were determined. How come IPOs are fixing price before auction will tell how to determine price. Dont show your stupidity and justify corrupted persons

Why the Congress is afraid of facing the enquiry when they are so confidant that nothing wrong has taken place. Why Congress wants to use harichandras like Sri.Sibal to give endless and meaning less explanation outside.Face the enquiry and prove yourself correct.Otherwise get out.

whether on belives that his client is a real criminal, if he were an advocate, he has to defend him to the fullest extent and no stones left unturned. Sibal is a top advocate of the country and also belongs to the congress party. he has no other choice but to support it.

As long as morons like are there this country will go bankrupt again with kaangress and their supporters blessing.

so you think 3-g auction that got over 80,000 crore should have been given free too ...and when country
budget runs in deficit who is going to fill it ?

of course fools like you
and other indian citizens while telcos sold their licenses and mint money anyway...are they giving you free calls ?

and how do you think raja and DMK gang has invested 1000's crores in real estate , media companies ....of course its tip of iceberg of corruption....thats why they don't allow JPC Probe
