The govt has been giving concessions in income tax to working women and senior citizens, there is a section of employees across the length and breadth of India who are the sole bread winners of their family. It is high time that our Finance Minister and his cabinet colleagues show some leniency towards this class of employees [ sole bread winner ] where only one person of the family is employed and his wife and children are solely dependent on his salary. No govt has understood the plight of such employees, and in the present day where inflation , prices of essential commodities , petrol prices, children education fees , rent etc... are running sky high, it is high time that our rulers give a look to this aspect and provide substantial relief to the sole bread winners

I totally agree with this. I am 72 years of age. No distinction may be made among diff categories. Let everyone get the same benefit.
Senior citizen need more protection: 1, Free lifetime bus pass in city busesl 50 fare concession in trains, air 2. Geriatric units in all hospitals 3. Medical allowance for all elders

Free food for BPL, free food for Muslim, free guns for mus lims after all they are terrorists so funding them is our right.
Sir, The FM must declare petrol and allied products as ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES an make them available for common man at reasonable rates. THIS CAN BE DONE ONLY BY REDUCING THE TAX ELEMENT IN PRICING OF THESE PRODUCTS. It is just MILKING THE COW WHICH GIVES THE MILK TO THE TILT. tHE TAX ELEMENT FORMS ALMOST 45-50% OF THE FINAL RETAIL PRICE ANYWHERE IN INDIA. AS AND WHEN THESE PRICES ARE REDUCED, WE WILL SEE A SEA CHANGE IN THE ECONOMY OF THE COUNTRY ie reduction of all commoddities, essential items etc. BUT WILL HE DO IT?
My humble request to FM is to have fund allocated to support couples who chose to have no children, one/two childrens..
Its a fact that 30% of indian's don't have food to eat three times a day.. out of this may be 10% may have to struggle to get eat for one time a day.. If population again increase rich may still afford to buy food but poor will be forced to die of hunger..
Just think about the cost of land in mumbai and other cities in india.. its always increasing .. there is no food and land left for poor in india..

what Mr mukharji will write ...but common wealth expenditure .....budget given 8000 cr, costing estimates ..were given 12000cr, money spended arround 18000 cr ..bill submitted of 21000cr...still govt is paying ... and KALMADI in bath tub of bear ..n joing being indian ...where "LAW AND ORDER means just reporting the crime ..not giving punishment DID ANY ONE , FROM MEDIA, PAPER CAN WRITE ...OR ASK WHAT PUNISMENT TO BE GIVEN TO THOSE ..WHO will be never proven gulty ...since 1947...show one politician ,or govt servant ...who is punished prperly in india ..even though if found guilty ...the punishment was neglegible ...which make other to repeat crime with more sofisticated idea... His suggestions r gud, but each of these is for poor. I have a ques: whom does he consider poor? The middle class has now become a part of the poor strata of society...we dont get subsidies, we keep paying taxes, we bear the brunt of traffic, corrupt babus, high education fee, petrol,food etc...Budgets r alwaz made for poor or rich... mera no kab aayega?
It is not for common men .... It is only for Muslim whether they are common or Terrorist... Hindu, Sikh , Jain, Buddhist, Parsi are not minority only Muslims are minority ... And they have first right on India's resources. Today Supreme court of India raise question on Govt policies against Hindu's Las overhauling. "Govt overhauling only Hindu las, say SC" it is today's news in Times Of India.... In this budget there will so many subsidies for Muslims so that then can produce more children.. and in future it will be Vote Bank of Congress. It will only be for Muslims not for Indians.
