Common man not allowed to live in UPA regime. They are busy in scams, covering their sins, amasing our hard earned money, killing poor indians with their hunger. This is really pain.

CONTROL INFLATION
by D Subbarao on Feb 09, 2011 03:03 PM

To control inflation, Govt. should think of agricultural production. Lot of sops to be given for agricultural prodn. Marketing is the prime factor to control rates. The produce of farmer are purchased by marketers at a cheap rate and sold at a high price. The middle man is ruling and benefited. To control inflation, there should be cooperative bodies to purchase agricultural produce like rice, mirchi, vegetables, etc. and store it and sell it at a reasonable affordable price. If this is developed and improved, even the farmer is happy to receive good price and the consumer also happy to receive at an affordable price. Now the commodities are in the control of black marketeers. They preserve the stock and create artificial scaricity and sell it at a higher price. They are minting money. A fool-proof system has to be framed and established to control the black marketeers and arrange commodities at a reasonable price. If this is done properly inflation would come down
drastically. Like-wise, no agricultural land should be spared for SEZs. The fretile land is turned to concrete floor and thereby reducing the agricultural produce. Villagers to be formed into groups and sell their produce to the societies who in turn sell the commodities at a reasonable prices at a place like TYTHU BAZAR. This will not only help farmers but also solve the unemployment problem of rural people. Regular rides to be conducted on the black markeeters to check unauhotised accumulation of produce

Tax Concession for Housing Plots sold by State Housing Boards
by AAMEC CHEMINEER on Feb 09, 2011 02:55 PM

FM should announce tax concessions for citizens who are taking loans for purchasing Housing Plots from State Government Housing Boards especially in Municipalities & Town Panchayats.

The people who are buying the above plots are Lower Middleclass people who are interested to have a housing plot initially since it cost less than buying a constructed house and want to construct the homes after a period of time depending on their income level rise.

These will benefit a large no. of people out of Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities who have no opportunity to buy / construct a house but intend to buy one thro' State Housing Boards.
