Every planned and meticulously implemented product/service business enterprise goes through the stages of "Introduction " and "Growth" smoothly when external and internal factors are favourable without serious challenges. Strategies, action plans and implementation become critical while approaching the stages of "Plataeu" and "Decline" in its cycle. The enterprise that stands out will be judged by their performance(s) during that period which, perhaps, for IndiGo is still sometime away.

US airways was a sinking ship which held on to Rakesh because of US economic downfall.
This is the best airlines I've flown when I was in India. On-time, great service and spanking new planes. Now, I just hope they start servicing international routes as well!
Every time you fly with a private airline, they immediately get a landing slot at mumbai and Delhi airports. Whereas whenever you fly with air india, the pilot announces that they are 8th or 12th in queue. Wonder how much setting these private airline people have done with the ATC. And it takes almost 30-40 minutes before you get a landing for air india aircrafts at these airports.
Praful patel Benami Indigo making billions profile at the cost of Indian Airlines making huge loss. Raja make billion money and all private telecom making billions at cost of BSNL making loss.
But pupet MMS rightly calculate soniya ji commission and give to her and her kids.

I wonder how Indigo is making money at the cost of Indian Airlines? Indian Airlines has plenty of new aircraft. Why can't their staff run their services on time and smile at the passengers? This will see the revival of Indian Airlines. There is no other way, unless you want to shut down all the competitors.

whether its the FCCs or Lccs they are being guided by the market principle. But Indian Airlines is guided only by Minister Principles.
