Success is easy if you keep training yourself.
by manoj sharma on Feb 08, 2011 09:57 AM

If you make aware of yourself. your nature. what works, what does not. and develop skills to serve human needs effectiviely. thats best investment you can make. lot of indian lack energy and skills to do effiecient work. its high in demand anyway. particularly since we live in a global village. we have to compete with chiness, westerners who extreemly competitive and capable of delivering high quality work. slef help training should be widely given in india. they work slowly, inch by inch but makes big difference in long term.
thats why entire indian spirituality is based on self awarness. there is reason for it.

I like travelling thru Indigo whenever I am in India because of its punctuality.

I donot like certain things:

1.Everything served on payment are cold.Kindly see if you can have two jars of hot black coffee and hot red tea.I donot like to drink cold things always.

2.Why your g1rls(air hostess) wear artificial wigs? can they not look traditionally and naturally beautiful like singapore airlines g1rls?

3.Last time I switched on my phone's camera in the flight. Then your one g1rl came and told me "sir, sorry, video shooting inside flight not allowed !"

What the fuss ? Singapore or thai airlines or air china or china eastern or even kingfisher has no objection, why do you have this 1930 rules? Anyway it is not a hercules, its simple A320 !!!

4.Everything in life cannot be so strict,I never faced this before.Last time my check in luggage was 22 kgs,i.e. 2 kg more and your person at counter asked me to pay 200 extra. There is something called customer delight also. You should take care in this point.Plus/minus 3-4 kgs should be allowed because you will never refund Rs 200 to me,if I take a luggage of 18 kgs in place of 20 kgs.

These suggestions are for improving your reputation and for people to admire your airlines. Please donot take otherwise.

Further, coming to point 3,I saw two rowdy type of guys shooting video inside the plane, but your air hostess feared to counter them. But she found me a gentleman,so she told me to stop my camera.I did not say anything because I wanted to protect her prestige.

5.The guy in the front seat was tall and he did not straigthen his seat, but I made my seat straight during take off and landing. It was not convenient for me,as I had no enough space,as the seat infront me was bent.Your air-hostess passed through but did not say anything to that person.

Rules should be same for all, right?

they have all the things require to give the customers:
- a low priced flying experience
- on time expectations
- easy ticketing options both online and through telephone.
- cancellation just 2 hours prior to the departure time with only 750 deduction. (though credit is in the form of Indigo vouchers and not cash).
- Well dressed and pleasantly dressed air hostesses.
- lesser turbulence in newer air crafts.

All in all it is fantastic.
They should start flying international soon.

P.S. I have no association with Indigo.

You are right. They should have been given permission to fly international rout even earlier.

Turbulence is felt by all aircraft, whether new or old. Depends on the altitude and weather. Bigger aircraft will feel less while the smaller ones will feel more turbulence. Of course, in Airbus aircraft, which have a little bit more flexible wings, you will feel the turbulence a bit more than in Boeing airplanes, which have a bit more rigid wings. Whatever, turbulence is not very pleasant!! I have had some really scary experiences and a couple of times, I thought it was the end!

Cngratulations to Mr. Bhatia. Yes. Indigo is a far better airline than the much hyped about Jet or Kingfisher. In fact the 5 year criteria for allowing permission to fly International routes is a misnomer. It is like saying a player should be 20 in order to qualify himself to play for the country. If that were the criteria Sachin Tendulkar would not have come nto the scene when he did. It should be based strictly on performance and not age in order to qualify for international routes. After all Indian Airlines which had been operating for so many years were constrained to withdraw services in many international sectors ( Eg. Chennai- Bangkok, Bangalore- Bangkok). Are you listening Mr. Civil Aviation minister ?
